Grant had another nice move inside, but ROY D-Rose’s putback (see today’s Smack) was unreal. It was every bit as smooth and powerful as Dominique at his highest.
Not sure why boxing out is optional in Terry Porter’s system. . .

the Orlando Magic had (potentially, looking back)the most devastating combo in the 90′s this side of Jordan/Pippen if the Hill/McGrady experiment worked out. Man, it is fun and regrettable at the same time to think what could have been…

I ‘ve said it before and I will second that motion any time of day… FIRE PORTER. DUDE IS WASTING THE TALENT ON THE WHOLE PHOENIX ARSENAL.
February 2nd, 2009 at 8:38 am
kevin k says:
more than Porter.. it’s the players… watching Amare now is painful. he is nothing but a midrange jump shooter that only dunks when he is wide. He lost the explosiveness and the quickness that he had pre-microfracture… he still can’t play D and he gets out-rebounded by guys like Matt Bonner when Amare has the position… Watching the bulls-suns… If Tyrus Thomas was 6’10 instead of 6’7 and played with Nash under D Antoni….
