Haha looks like 8 mile, but for streetball. Kind of amazing how much And 1 brought streetball to the mainstream, to the point that MTV is making movies about it. If it wasnt for And 1, nobody outside the state of Oregon would have even heard of this kid.

Me too! I went their and stood in line to get tix and won them. Have any of you ever read the book? It’s awesome. I’m definitely more of a movie guy though so I can’t wait to see it again.

I’m actually from Salem which is the town over from where GB grew up. I’ve played with him a couple times and he’s super cool. Me and my boys can’t wait to see this! Anyone know when it hits theaters?

Rose City, I’m not hating on the Professor at all! I love watching him play. All I’m saying is, if it wasnt for And 1, the only people who would have seen his genius would have been the cats he was crossing up in local gyms and parks.

Big Island says:
king ralf – Even with basketball this movie looks like the worst movie ever. That punch was pretty much the least threatening violent move ever. The cast looked good until Nick Cannon came on though.
I am hate filled.

LA says:
King Ralf, Big Island and Flegman were the first clowns in line to see Wayne Brady in Crossover. Then they bought the DVD and dapped each other up it when dudes kept it real doing flip dunks like f-ing streetball Mascots.
And for all you street flick critics out there 8 Mile is the SATURDAY NIGHT FEVER of rap and all you jokers loved that and never complained it was a bite. So what if this thing is the 8 Mile of hoops? Doesn’t mean it ain’t Fyiah.
Keep hatin on the next man all ya fakeass ballers!
