deplomacy? clinton tried that, bush tried that, both with north korea, see how that worked? hell clinton tried that in kosovo, i still ended up in bosnia because of it. the problem with deplomacy with the people who hate you the most and who are openly trying to build an arsenal to destroy you, NOBODY IS LISTENING.

as for racism, your president is black, you CANT pull the “the man is holding me back” card any more. my wifes grand parents fled nazi germany and moved to guatemala 2 yrs before ww2. as jews, their “plight” far exceeds that of the african. hell they where enslaved BY africans.

just a question, how are americans “pretending” we are the baddest country in the world. when ANY other country is in trouble, who do they look to? AMERICA! with the exception of some cheapshot artists in al qaeda, no country has the nuts to actually attack us. why? because we ARE the baddest country on the planet. we may not have the largest army, but we are the most technically advanced, we are the best trained and most organized.

as for obama being more intelegent then bush, in all actuality, bush has a higher IQ, obama just applies himself better. and i think john mccain said it best, “mr obama if you wanted to run against bush you should have started 4 yrs ago”. voting for obama over bush is just ignorant (not trying to call you stupid or ignorant, just saying that would be ignorant considering bush was not in the race) and hating on mccain because of bush is also ignorant as bush and mccain are two totally different style/types of people/politicians.

and for the record, every major (and a lot of minor) news agencies did follow our election, as they did in 2004, 2000, 1996 and so on. the usa being the biggest economy, and baddest country on the plannet tends to do that. hell i can show you saved copies of 2 latin american new papers from both the 1996, and 2000 elections. i am sure i can get my hands on more then that from guatemala.

bottom line, i do not discriminate against anyone due to color or race, i dislike the president because of his policies. as an example, his latest BS call, he is going to make the sentencing more “equal” for possesion of crack and powder cocaine. so will he be letting crack heads/dealers out of jail earlier or will he be keeping the powder cocain guys in longer?

what that boils down to is race, it is fact that something like 85% of crack convictions are black, while i believe it is 60%+/- of powder convictions are white. now crack is MUCH more addictive there for much more dangerous. its almost like compairing getting your ass beat to getting shot.

Ranger, your arguments are completely valid, the reason your country is a democracy is because people like and vote for different things. But the fact that you have done well on your own standing up to maybe 20 people trying to shoot you down only goes further to prove there points.

What Obama has done has not impressed you, but has impressed 20 other regular guys. You are never going to please everyone Ranger, but it doesnt matter as long as you please %51+ of the people, i.e the majority.

as for bush and condi, maybe you should go back and ask clinton about osama and his people because they had the exact same information for MUCH longer then bush did. what did he do with it? hell he HAD BIN LADEN but let him go! so if you want to go that route we can do it. as for not being able to find bin laden, well we could not find half of the viet cong in a tiny little country, when was the last time someone was about to get directly at the president to attack him? hell the whole world tried to get to hitler, look how that turned out, they still are not 100% sure if he even got himself.

we went after saddam on faulty intel, intel that EVERY COUNTRY in the world had, and AGREED ON. bottom LINE!
