First-Look at Spike Lee’s Documentary on Kobe Bryant

Here’s a first look at the Spike Lee documentary on Kobe Bryant, “Kobe Doin’ Work,” which will air on May 16th on ESPN. It’s supposed to cover Kobe’s life both on and off the court – it should include some footage from his 61-point night at MSG will be in there, as Lee and Bryant left the Garden together after that historic performance.

   I can’t wait to see this. Partly as a Laker/Kobe fan, but also as a fan of basketball in general. I always wish I could hear what was being said on the court and in huddles. This is going to be dope.

   this film will be great.. but damn.. imagine if they had an MJ film.. A real behind the scenes look of how he he practiced, acted on the court.. and on the court with his teammates. Was he really a jerk?.. Did he really roast his teammates when they made the wrong play?.. How was his relationship with Phil and Pat during games. How intense was he?

   That I want to see!
