Pierce never had a chance. lol, without KG the Celts are looking real naked, and even if they manage to get out the 1st round are they still resembling championship contenders? Chicago got some gunners that are out there tryna take Boston’s playoff lives: Rose has really impressed and BG is always good once a game for going unconscious; kudos to the Chi, they might even mess around and win the series, just because they simply don’t know any better.

nice. but this aint better than the boston/atlanta series last year. that shit had far more excitement. even though atlanta couldn’t do shit in boston, they held it down in the ATL.
they talked shit to the team with the best record in the league. they got in their faces. their whole arena was going crazy from start to finish.
this is a good series, but last year was a better series. atlanta coming back from 0-2 down to force a game 7?!!? and the way in which they did it?!!?

And yes this series is much better than ATL last year, every game (almost) could have gone either way. it could have easily been:

1. How many of the Hawks game came down to a final possesion. Out of 4 games three could’ve easily went either way meaning the Celtics could’ve swept the Bulls or the Bulls could’ve been up 3-1 right now.
2. How is the only highlight Rondo vs Rose when Gordon and Allen went in in game 2.
3. Only reason the Hawks vs Celtics may be more exciting is because it went 7. In reality all but maybe 2 games were decided by ten or more points. And nobody thought ATL would win on the road because they we’re losing at Boston to the tune of 20 pts per game.
