    Lakers in 6!

    But still…

This story is pretty inspiring. Good to see the Birdman soar, considering every setback he faced before…

    My bet is on meth.

he rode the white lines LOL i like his statement “look at me now”???? is he still on drugs?

  • doc

Prob meth or oxys.I dont got them giving a 2 year suspension for coke or its a lot of cats that would have got that suspension(AI).It had to be one of those crazy hard drugs that Stern never seen in the league.

Everytime I see this guy the first thing that comes to my mind is not the comeback but that horrible dunk contest performance. That sullied his image more than anything.

    @ Capnkimo (13):

Yo, his drug use was bad, but his dunk contest outing was WORSE.

I think that’s what the suspension was for, and Stern covered it up with the drug story so that Chris Anderson could protect his image.

Birdman was a huge dusthead in New Orleans. Definitely pcp.

  • doc

    He was on that WIGGLES.

  • CK JESSe

wow he’s a lucky man. he went from cant making a dunk in a dunk contest 2 scarin every la laker while “flying high” under the radar lol

  • the cynic

    i vote for meth

  • Beau

So why is it that that this guy is a hero? Seriously?
So he was a drug addict and overcame it to become an NBA sideshow? How about the accomplishments of the guys who never did meth? Take away his tattoos and dumbass hair, and of course the heart warming tale of long term meth use and this dude is a half assed Brad Miller. Seriously.
