I came across this story this morning and just had to laugh out loud. The rule in which a player gets suspended for getting an arbitrary 7th technical foul during the playoffs is stupid enough in the first place. But to make matters worse, Dwight Howard earned his 6th T (and he’s now on the brink of a suspension) because of a total bullsh*t call. This was a classic example of ref’s looking to over-officiate when they didn’t need to do anything.
