Some good points Clutch.

With the top 10 so guard centric, I see either Thabeet or Hill making a slide to 10'ish.

We currently have Hill sliding to 9 - though I read this morning out of Golden State that Nelly wont let him slide past 7.

I think people need to look at What Hill does against elite post competetion, he almost always drasticalyl outplayed is counterpart.

People are talking about how good Cole Aldrech at Kansas is and how he could have been a lottery pick. Hill destroyed him. Plus outplaying all the tough defensive PAc-10post players. Gibson, Pendegraph, Brockman, etc.

Hill also has muc better post moves than he gets credit for, turn around jumper, hook shot, sweeping hook, floater, and a reverse left handed push. He needs a bi of work on his ball handling skills but is very fast for a big man with an amazing first step. He consistently blows by other bigs for dunks. Watch the colelge games.

This isn't footall combine doesn't mean much. Durnat horrible combine, JAson Alexander was the best player in the combine last year. Get the picture.

I've seen this cat play many times and he always has another level of play whenever facing a tough opponent. I don't see him in Amar'e or Bosh territory but I definitely don't see bust potential in him. This is a tough kid and I don't believe he will have any problems adjusting to any coaching style. If he can bulk up he might actually be a very good contributor on any squad.

"Top-5 NBA Draft prospect in just about everyone’s book."

Not mine. I see his ceiling as Ronny Turiaf. A good role player in the right situation. Not worth a lottery pick.

I'm so glad people pay attention to the Kings.

haha. *sigh*

Jordan Hill, meet Tony Battie!
Did Jennnings pay his fee to get into the NBA draft yet, he's so stupid I bet he thinks Pallacanestro Virtus Roma is supposed to pay it for him...

knee insurance at the time you get drafted in the first round would be a good idea, wouldn't it? risk of acl tear or microfracture surgery or multiple cleanout surgeries by age 28 is pretty high for nba players, and a payout both to the player and the team for lost productivity is reasonable. amare, shareef abdur-rahim, darius miles come to mind, but there are lots of others that lost their knees before we learned their names.
