June 10th, 2009 at 10:56 am
bobbys says:
about as blatant a travel as you can get
took 2 steps, picked up the ball, took more steps dunked it
WTF MAN?!
June 10th, 2009 at 10:57 am
bobbys says:
but i should also write that kobe got some ridiculous calls last night, so it probably evened out.
terrible officiating.. perhaps as bad as the infamous d-wade finals

B-rice says:
WOW i have not liked Joey Crawford these playoffs at all
June 10th, 2009 at 11:01 am
Chris says:
it wasn´t travelling, it was double-dribbling, might be arguable. But even though I don´t like Crawford, i have to say it wasn´t right in front of him but he was rather standing behind Pietrus so for him it could have looked like he was just chnging hands while dribbling. just a thought.

i thought it was a crab dribble

PWEEZY says:
LOL that’s why the refs get paid the big money to control the game to David Stern’s liking…Stern controls the NBA games not the refs dood

IrishBaller says:
Horrible officiating…
June 10th, 2009 at 12:24 pm
Pedro says:
The Nba has the best players in the world, but the refs are awful, have to say the nba really has poor, poor refs.
this is turning into the wwe. too many travels, crabs, superstar calls, et cetera.
by the way, pau gasol should have been called for goaltending on game 2 in the closing seconds. he touched the backboard.

fallinup says:
This sums up my view of the game perfectly. The refs are horrible now. And Crawford is the ideal example.

That’s alright tho. Pietrus’ offensive interference on his putback dunk evened it out…
June 10th, 2009 at 1:31 pm
JoeCozi says:
These refs are terrible those missed calls change the momentum of the game…even though i want the magic to win…AND WHAT ABOUT THE BEHIND THE BACK RAFER ALSTON DID WHERE HE DOUBLE DRIBBLED RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE BASELINE REF TOO??…ME AND BOYS REWINDED THAT HELLA TIMES TO SEE IF BYNUM HIT IT BUT HE NEVER TOUCHED IT…LMAO!!RAFER BROUGHT THE BALL BEHIND HIS BACK SWITCHED TO THE OTHER HAND AND DRIBBLED AGAIN..HILLARIOUS!!..THAT PIETRUS ONE WAS JUST AS BAD…MAKE UP YOUR MIND NBA IS IT GONNA BE PURELY ENTERTAINMENT OR ARE YOU GONNA COMPROMISE THE INTEGRITY OF THE GAME BY NOT CALLING THE FUNDAMENTAL RULES??
June 10th, 2009 at 1:43 pm
Arno says:
JoeCozi is asking the right question. Integrity is the league’s biggest asset and they risk ruining it. Maybe is it pressure ? Anyway, incredible mistakes are made every evening and the superstar treatment enjoyed by Kobe or LeBron is sickening.
June 10th, 2009 at 2:29 pm
Ian says:
ahhh joey crawford my fav ref in the nba this coming from a spurs fan.
June 10th, 2009 at 3:12 pm
Danny says:
no one is surprised when the nba allows traveling and what not. I mean, the biggest missed call of ALL TIME hadda be lebron vs. the wizards playoffs. Game on the line, and lebron picks up the football, and runs to the basket. That was hilarious- (also, the beginning of the crab dribble)
June 10th, 2009 at 5:40 pm
Jon says:
HE WAS FOULED….
before he double dribbled. So whats the big fuss about this play? It was a clear intentional foul by Farmar to stop the play but they missed that. It happen before the double dribble so its a wash. Complaining about something like this is low even for faker fans standards.
June 10th, 2009 at 8:45 pm
DurrtyInjun says:
I wanted to say the same thing Jon. You can even see that he was looking at their upper bodies and he was probably just trying to figure out if he should let the foul go so missed the travel/DD.
