Anthony Randolph Ties Summer League Record
Coming into the League, Anthony Randolph earned comparisons to Lamar Odom and Tayshaun Prince. In the scheme of prospects, that’s actually pretty high praise. (Jonny Flynn‘s “best-case” comparison on Draft Express is Earl Watson.) But, seeing as Randolph has been a complete monster in the summer league thus far, should we raise his comparison ceiling?

pause it at 0:28 and watch how high randolph is in the air. its ridiculous for a guy that tall to still have hops that nice. Curry crossed ya boy up nice on the baseline but is it me or does he looked way undersized to play the 2 in the league? anyway randolph isn’t just a summer league stud he will get his this year just watch.

@Juhustle…I agree about Randolph…I haven’t really seen Curry sized up with anyone yet. I haven’t seen any of the games, but Randolph is fun to watch.

I already like Randolph from last year’s pre-games. I was so shocked that he did not get consistent PT (Coach Nelson is a bitch). I always had in my fantasy lineup as a filler and never gave up on him and he cost me points. It was not his fault as he would have contributed fine if he played and was on the floor. Watching him play last year too, I was wishing the Raptors would trade for him. That would have been a steal. Now this year I dont think he will come in cheap in any trade for him. This guy could be in beastmode as a SF with his skill, size and speed.

This team’s ceiling is in the basement with Nellie at the helm… Get a real coach and not some old mad scientist.

I said it before on here, but I think Randolph will be better than Beasley. He just needs to get stronger.

I always like the “a more athletic Chris Bosh” comparison. Like Bosh, Randolph has a huge set of moves and should be able to score from inside, outside and everywhere in between – BUT – Bosh does not have Randolph’s quickness or hops.
It’s really too bad for the Raps that Colangelo rejected Bosh for Randolph, Biendrins, Belinelli at the trade deadline.

Not to hate on Randolph but Nick Young dropped 36 5-8 3pt on the Cavs as the Wizards defeated them 96-93 and there was a Andray Blatche sighting as he put 21 and 10 down

How could you compare Nick Young Anthony “the beast” Randolph?!~?~??~?~? All Nick Young does is rock a mohawk and plays average guard duties for em Wizards A.K.A “Ex Warriors land”.. Nick Young wouldn’t get ANY PT if he was wit the Warriors cause our 3rd string guard is better then Young. Enough said GSW all over the Washington Wiz this season You Have Been WARNED..!!!!

Avery Johnson should coach the Warriors. He did a good job with Nellie’s old team.
