tangman says:
yeah in the news tomorrow…
Officials from Krispy Creme Donuts have confiscated a video of their star endorser Kevin Love getting dunked on by Atlanta Hawks forward Josh Smith. It is already reported that TMZ is planning to buy the video for $25 and a bag of flour.

Steve A says:
Kevin Love has really grown quite confident of himself. From his bitching about not being one the all rookie team (no one on there he should have been over) to his complaining about not being in the rookie-soph game. He’s decent, but he’s going to be getting crowned his whole career.
July 24th, 2009 at 7:17 pm
D.H. says:
Aint that bad. K-Love has already joked about it on his twitter account. As he said, if you play ball at all eventually you’re going to get dunked on.

LakeShow84 says:
True though DH..
What good shotblocker HASNT been dunked on?? I seen DOUG CHRISTIE cram one on Shaq..
Dont mean much..
And too bad Josh Smith has the IQ of a fruit fly.. otherwise he could put his talent to better use..

My 2010/2012 squad: (*new addition)
PG: CP3, Deron, Rose*
SG: Wade, Roy*
SF: Melo, Durant*
PF: LeBron, Bosh, Griffin*
C: Dwight, Oden*
I’m assuming Kobe is gonna be too old to want to deal with the wear & tear of international play in his final pursuit or ring # 5, 6, or 7.

nutbutter says:
That wasn’t even that good. LeBron got dunked on way harder than that.
July 24th, 2009 at 8:20 pm
heavy d says:
Wasn’t that bad. Josh has had much better in actual games. BTW, Kevin Love deserved to be in the Rookie game. The selection process on that is way too political. His whining about all-rookie team and rookie of the year voting was lame though. He didn’t have the best rookie year, but he was definitely top 8 at the time of the all-star break.
Also, I doubt that Josh has any hope of ever making an Team USA squad. Even if he straightens up and flies right all the time, he is going to get dogged by negative comments because of his past whining or perceived lack of basketball IQ or supposed disagreements with Coach Woodson. As a Hawks fan, I just hope that working out in that environment will help his game and that he doesn’t do anything embarrassing while there.

Not exactly newsworthy. Wasn’t a very good dunk. Wouldn’t make any highlight reel, ever. Why did this make the front page of Dimemag.com?
July 24th, 2009 at 10:53 pm
Dagomar says:
For me it was more impressive that Love went to make the play on that, even though there was a good chance he’d get dunked on . . . .

At least the guy is a good sport. And he really did make fun of himself on twitter. LOL.

He got Lebron’d… which i think should be the official term any time someone gets dunked on.

Weak IMO, Love was pulling double duty and smith was in the vicinity of him when he dunked. Def not worth a DJ Mebenga highlight

So every time someone is nearby when another player dunks, does it mean they got dunked on?
Pathetic now. Just Dime trying to flesh out the rest of a now-boring off-season

I cant lie he got crammed on pretty bad, but id rather see the effort of him trying to block somebody rather than just step out the way.

Professor Don says:
Test below for all posters…please read as quickly as you can.
“Why do we have all of the stars in the universe if this is the only inhabited planet? There are billions of galaxies that we know of, some of them so far away they can’t even be seen with the most powerful microscope. Each galaxy has millions…perhaps billions of suns – around which many have planets orbiting around them. It just seems unreasonable that life would only come about on one of these billions of planet-worlds and that the others would continue to remain lifeless, dusty or gaseous blobs.”
If you can point to the glaring error above, you’re potentially bright enough to have something to say worth listening to. If you didn’t pick it up right away, you’re likely too stupid to share your meaningless opinions with the rest of us…just shut up.
