Greatest Reign Man memories -
The alley oop from Payton where he’s going so fast that his momementum takes his body all the way around the basket as he’s still hanging onto the rim.
The dunk on Rodman in the finals.
The promo they used to run at Key Arena to get the fans pumped up where he’d end in that deep baritone- “Sonics baby, yeah. yeah! yeah!”

Horry Aint no slouch when it comes to airtime but he got to respect Kemp and leave the tarmac to himself. Btw, those Seattle-Houston regular season and playoff games were a treat to watch. I miss those. Fierce is a word to describe it.

i agree with #16, the league is soft as ice cream, due to to flops and hurt feelings. As a Rockets fan, it pains me to watch this piece of footage.

Horry would have been able to flop and draw a foul in todays league.

Kemp made me a NBA fan, made me a Sonics fan, collected his cards as a kid – when we talk of Kemp we should talk only about his Seattle career and wipe the rest from the record, kinda like Jordan’s Washington career…
Best Kemp video out there –

That is the most effortless looking posterization I have ever seen in my entire life. If I had seen that on a poster, I would have thought that Shawn atleast winded up before he took off. Thanks for reminding me that rainman was downright nasty, Dime. I almost forgot.
