Bizz says:
It’s funny how his UTEP 2Step move was a cross left, then right, and then either a jumper or a layup…why the hell are people still jumping to the left to cut off penetration when all the highlights I’m seeing never had him driving with his offhand lol…either way, his crossover is still sick and underutilized in today’s game.

Austin Burton says:
If Hardaway sets up his guy by driving left a few times early in the game, he can come back later with the crossover and get them leaning left.

This guy was sooo underrated. In terms of history of the cross-over, this guy had to be part of the renaissance period for this spectacular move. F

He was AI before AI but AI but defenders on their asses!
Tim Hardaway is nice but I still don’t think #10 should be in the rafter! He only played what 5 years for Miami. Second round at best but not a chip.
When you think of Tim Hardaway, you think of Golden State — Run TMC, whatever. Golden State should retired Tim, Mitch, and Chris numbers on the same night. It is only fitting!

CJ says:
like i said in the abdul-rauf (Chris Jackson) piece you ran a couple of days ago, timmy stole the utep 2 step off of him! if you youtube old lsu clips of Jackson, he used that move all the time. the 2 met up in the 89 dance (utep came out on top). Jackson pulled off the move a couple of times, tim tried to follow but turned it over.
regardless, timmy was an incredible player back in the day. long live run tmc!

I still can’t believe the Warriors traded him for Rony fucking Seikaly. That team was so promising and it ended when they traded Timmy.

What about John Amaechi’s crossover?

Swiss Chocolate says:
Billy Owens was traded 4 Seikaly. Owens was Webber’s best freind on the dubs. That trade probably killed Don Nelson’s chances to ever get a ring. Tim is more proof that Don Nelson is a great at developing young talent and why Stephen Curry will be a great pro. I think Hardaway is 2nd or third all time for consecutive seasons averaging 20pts & 10 assists. Anyone remember the Tim & Chris burger at McDonalds?

Tim stole the move from Jackson? lol, okay. Although Jackson never did it again. While Tim made millions off the move and had his own shoe. Jackson/Abdul Rauf should sew him for copy write.
I want Nike to re-release the crossover shoes with the two straps. I had them in blue/white combo. they were the best pair of shoes i ever had outside of the Jordans (12).
