We Reminisce: Chris Mullin and Tim Hardaway
When I was 12, I got the video NBA Superstars 2 as part of my Sports Illustarted subscription. It was a great highlight tape and I kept it until my VCR gave out. This Chris Mullin/Tim Hardaway mix was one of my favorite music videos on the tape. Aside from this tight Wrecks N Effects track in the background, it’s got some great footage of Hardaway crossing people up and Mullin actually dunking.

Where was Richmond!? Mullin was always one of my favorite players – Ugly, yet efficient game, with tremendous B-Ball IQ. One of the most under-appreciated ballers in history…

That Superstars series- volume 1, 2, and 3 have been put onto one DVD in the NBA Classics Series. If anyone has a little push I am trying to find 2 videos from the NBA collections-
“The Secret NBA”
“The Dream Team 2″
“NBA Jams:The Videos” (Joe Public are the narrators)
The NBA needs to do these type of videos again. The Superstars series, especially the 2nd one, with the Mullin and Hardaway video is the best one with all of the Dream Team members. Clyde Drexler, Bird, Barkely, and Magic’s videos are the best!
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE put those videos on dvd! and make new ones with today’s stars!

Hey Gerald, why would you get rid of your old VHS collection? Even if you get a copy of gigs on DVD, you gotta hang on to those.
I cant wait to show my two sons the motherload. We gonna be watching NBA from way back when, left and right. And also they already playing with me my oldschool 8-bit NES, N64 and Wii games. I kept my Atari system and games until to the current Xbox 360 and PS3.
