Chris Paul vs. Rajon Rondo: The Battle of the Decade

Whether Chris Paul and Rajon Rondo like it or not, the two are going to be going at it for at least the next 10 years. Eastern Conference or Western Conference, it doesn’t matter. They could face each other in the preseason the postseason or a pickup game and the two might still feel the same thing: disdain.

After the two got tangled up under the basket in the second quarter last night, the tension just seemed to build. While referees stepped in and each guy was assessed a tech, it didn’t stop things from getting ugly after the game when Paul pursued Rondo toward the Celtics’ locker room and had to be blocked by Boston assistant coaches.

“Rondo is a lucky guy, to play with guys like [Paul] Pierce, [Ray] Allen and [Kevin] Garnett,” Paul, who scored 22 points with eight assists, said with a sly smile.

Asked if that was meant as a slight toward Rondo, the two-time All-Star said, “No, no. He is a great point guard and he’s a champion. It’s my hope to achieve that.”

This morning in the office things have been heated. While most people said that clearly Chris Paul is better and to stop talking, I personally think that it’s not that cut and dry. Rondo is playing with three, maybe four, Hall of Famers and is being asked to play a very specific role as distributer. Paul on the other hand is everything for his team, and without his success, the team will surely fail. And Rondo knows it.

“We have different styles based on what each team needs,” Rondo said. “He has to do a lot more than what I have to do. My job is easy playing with these guys.”

So the question has to be asked: When it’s all said and done, who will have the better NBA career? To say that CP3 is more talented would be an overstatement, as Rondo is a unique talent in his own right. If asked to score, would Rondo step up and average 20+ like Paul does every night? Time will only tell.

As the Celtics get older over the next couple years, clearly Rondo is a significant part of the future. (Note the contract extension he just signed.) And as the Big Three dissolve, Rondo’s time to score will surely come.

One interesting thought about this situation is if the two switched places, what would happen? With Chris Paul on the Celtics, they might go undefeated. With Rondo on the Hornets, they’d probably be in the same situation. Does this mean CP3 is that much better, or simply that the supporting cast makes all the difference.

Take for example Derrick Rose, another point guard who will be mentioned alongside these two for the next decade. He and Rondo were going back and forth in the playoffs last year like a steel cage match. As a team, I’d put the Bulls in-between the Celtics and Hornets in terms of talent and supporting cast, and don’t think that if you put Rose on the Bulls anything would be different.

So while Chris Paul is averaging 26.3 points to Rondo’s 6.5, I’m telling you it doesn’t matter, because Paul know’s what it’s all about when he says that Rondo is not only a great point guard, but he’s a champion.

What do you think?

    cp3 kills rondo

    first?

  2. nola says:

this.. is.. idiotic. does derek fisher have a better career than john stockton?

  3. TJ says:

We need to chill with this “he has a championship” bullshit when comparing players. Unless you are MJ, your supporting cast decides who wins and who loses.

Chris Paul is way better than Rondo, regardless of the fact that Rondo won a championship as the fourth best player on the team.

  4. kevin k says:

If Rondo was with the Hornets, he would be in the same situation as CP3? you shitting me?? They would be fighting the Timberwolves and the Grizzlies for the last spot in the league. Rondo’s jumper is that of a scrub at a local gym. Only thing Rondo has on CP3 is his long arms, big hands, and that Green Goblin look.

Derrick Rose is good but tad bit overrated. He’s simply an athletic combo-guard that passes 1st.

CP3 > Rose and Rondo by a mile.

D-Will is the best PG in the league.

  5. The REAL Tyrone says:

Ain’t no doubt that this vid don’t be worth shit y’all. What be this vid showing? Dime’s just be showin shit that don’t be clarifying shit yo. Rondo ain’t be runnin his mouth - cat be a talented baller forsho, but he ain’t got nothin on CP3 yo.

    True Thugs NEVER lie.
    The REAL Tyrone

  6. deeds says:

Rondo isn’t good enough to suck the balls off Paul’s leftovers

  7. Kobeef says:

    A few observations
    - it seems to me that this all started when Rondo said something to CP3
    - would love to know what Rondo said
    - It’s way too early to say who will be the better player in the end, but so far you have to give credit to CP3 for single handedly carrying a franchise.
    - Rondo has a good skill set, but as other said, he’s winning with 3 all stars at his side.

  8. KDizzle says:

“Rondo is a lucky guy, to play with guys like [Paul] Pierce, [Ray] Allen and [Kevin] Garnett,” Paul, who scored 22 points with eight assists, said with a sly smile.

    that’s all

  9. sh!tfaced says:

    @4

…and both be dishin’ dopey dimes too yo

  10. Notorious says:

Man, why all the hating on Rondo? He may not be as good as CP3, but he ain’t that far behind either. Rondo is a better defender and better rebounder, and they may be even up on passing. CP3 is definitely a better shooter and scorer, which gives him the nod over Rondo, but Rondo belongs in the discussion.

Personally, I think Rondo is the absolute perfect person to run the C’s. His game is ideal for what he is being asked to do. Love a point guard who can drop a triple double any given night.

  11. LakeShow84 says:

Man people are up on this good pretty high..

And its annoying.. Let him be the focal point of the team.. And cut all the “when KG went down last year” BS.. when KG went down they still had 2 HOF PERIMETER PLAYERS OUT THERE.. so yes if all the Celtics had was KG coo but they still had Pierce and Allen out there makin sure Rondo is A) never taken seriously B) never boxed out and C) isnt counted on to do shit but play D and dish out assts..

If he is actually penalized for his bone head moves last year, the scorer table, the shot to the mouth, his team doesnt even advance and hes called what he is..

    A coattail rider..

  12. Rizwan says:

What is this nonsense? Over and over again Dime have said along with others rightly that CP3 is probably the best pg in the league. And now you’re comparing him with Rondo? Come on! Rondo is a punk. Good player but his attitude stinks. Who does he think he is, pushing up on him like that? I liked his activity and play but now he just pissing me off.

No way would the Hornets be in the same situation as they are with Rondo instead. Who’s the go to guy? David West, who is riding on CP3’s coattails to those all star games? They would be a team like the Bulls, fighting for playoffs but could end up in lottery. NO WAY they consistenly making the playoffs.

Personally, I think there are several pgs i would take over Rondo right now. So he really needs to make a mark on his own to judge whether he is an all star player because at the moment he’s not. And truth be told, I dont think he’s gonna get another ring anyway.

  13. 40 cal bouncemag.com says:

Rondo is garbage and needs to stop it, he wouldn’t be putting up any numbers if he didn’t have that 3 headed dragon as a brick wall, we all know in any 1 on 1, pre season, regular season, post season, arm wrestling or playstation game Rondo would get scraped!

  14. Aron Phillips says:

Guys. Realize that this isn’t that crazy. Championship rings aside, where do you see Rondo’s career in the future? Jumper or no jumper, he is one of the quickest in the League and can get to the rim at will.

  15. Pig says:

    @3 You are right

  16. td says:

im as big a celtics fan as one can be…but reading this article made me dumber….paul is clearly better now and will be better for the remainder of his career…case dismissed….

  17. Mr. TKO says:

Real talk, I’ve been a Rondo hater for years (at least it feels like forever) plus I’m a Lakers fan, but even I’ll admit that Rondo is a lot better than he’s given credit for. Yes he plays with a lot of stars, but for him to do what he has done, Triple Doubles, scoring when needed when Pierce/Allen are playing like shit and etc…
There must be some talent to back it up.

Look at Derek Fisher, he plays with all stars and he ain’t nowhere good enough to be upgraded from role player to legit franchise Piece like rondo has.

At least 20-25 other teams in the league would be happy to trade their PG for somebody like Rondo (without the bonehead attitude)

Basically all I’m saying is that don’t hate the kid because he lucked into a good situation, he still produces more than a lot of people give him credit for.

remember, I’m a Laker Fan and think about what I said.

  18. ERIC says:

Paul is the far superior player: a better shooter, distributor, penetrator, rebounder and can get into the passing lanes better.

Rondo is a slighly better 1 on 1 defender bc of his freakishly long arms.

If Rondo were on the Hornets, he’d prob avg 15ppg, 7rpg and 7apg.
If Paul were on the Celtics.. he’d prob avg 20ppg, 6 rpg and 15 apg. Believe that.

Rondo is not a top 5 pg. Off the top of my head:

    Paul
    DWill
    Parker
    Rose
    Billups

  19. Rizwan says:

    @ Aron,

it is pretty crazy. You cant compare Lebron and a third tier SF like Rudy Gay, it just doesnt work.

And yes, Rondo is currently a third tier pg after the likes of:

    CP3
    Deron
    Steve Nash
    Chauncey
    and TP as 1st tier.

    you got the likes of:

Jason Kidd (just cause he has gotten older and not doing as much now as compared to Nash)
Devin Harris (is slightly better then Rondo)
Gilbert Arenas (wanted to put him higher but injury concerns)
    Andre Miller (underrated)

    third tier:

    Rajon Rondo
    Baron Davis
    Jose Calderon
    Mo Williams
    Monta Ellis

Asking a quesiton like who will have the better career is always difficult. Currently, Ray Allen has had a better career then Reggie Miller because he has a ring.

    I dont like that question.

  20. control says:

    AP

Yeah, Rondo can get to the rim at will, and miss open fucking lay ups.

This whole article is just insulting. Who the fuck does Rondo think he is trying to man up to Chris fucking Paul. Rondo is a fucking scrub, if they were to trade places Celts would be the undisputed favs to win the championship (yes, even over Lakers, etc) and they might even have the single best season in history. If Rondo were on the Hornets, they would be worse than the Knicks or Bobcats…and Rondo STILL wouldn’t average more than 15ppg.

Man Rondo’s attitude is getting out of hand, someone needs to set him up with an intervention or something. I would love to see KG, PP and Rayray all go down with injuries just to see Rondo try to run the team and be the focal point of a team’s offense, instead of just a side note. The guy would average 2rpg due to actually being boxed out, probably shoot 25% from the field and get a decent amount of assists, but also a high amount of turn overs. Hell, teams would probably let him shoot wide open 15-22ft jumpers and laugh about it because he’d only hit 15-25% of them.

Rondo is a fucking scrub, period. The guy probably wouldn’t even be the best point guard in the average big city church basketball league.

  21. LakeShow84 says:

    @ Aron..

In the future if he plays the way he does now he’ll be top 10 cuz he is now.. but like i said.. Take the other 2 perimeter players off the team and see how well he does when he is the FOCAL of the offense and defenses are trapping, funneling, zoning him up.. quicks dont last forever..

Look at J-Kidd.. was super fast lost his speed but can still play.. Can we say the same about Rondo?? if he lost his speed anytime soon would he be effective??

  22. Rizwan says:

I forgot Derrick Rose but he would slot in at the 2nd tier.

  23. flipisatrip says:

I may be a bit biased on this discussion, but Rondo is for real. I love CP3 too but careful who u run ur mouth at, rondo won’t put up with it and he’ll stick ya.

@21 Lose his speed? for real? not happening anytime soon. he is one of the more fit players in the leauge.

@20 rondo averages close to 10 rebounds a game, you are actually saying opposing coaches don’t tell their players to block him out now? seriously? Man this site is turning into a comment section of a lil wayne video on youtube. yall do nothing but hate, stupidly, and with very little backing other than the opinion of some po dunk player that was never good enough to make it.

  24. KanDMan says:

Two of the sneakiest pgs when it comes to cheap shots and then whinning..I mean “John Stockton Sneaky”…..

  25. janelle says:

I have no problem with Rondo but he had no buisness provoking Paul like that. He was being a jerk and hater for no reason. Actions speak louder than words. If you’re the best pg in the league do your thing. He is a good player but CP3 is a true leader and carries his team on his back. He needs to grow up a lot and then he will gain more respect.

  26. control says:

    flipisatrip

Saying anything I say is even close to being Lil’ Wayne in quality is putting more hate on me than I have ever put on anything, ever. Yes, I was saying Rondo would average 2rpg, though that might be a little bit extreme, I bet it would be approx 3rpg. You ever watch the guy get his rebounds? He is NEVER boxed out, his offensive rebounds are 100% because he isn’t even close to being boxed out, EVER. You know why? Because teams are too worried about double teaming the Hall of Famers on his team, and the guys like Eddie House who can actually hit an outside shot. Take that away from Rondo and he ain’t got any rebounding at all.

I will give it to him that he has length and some quickness, but he’s really not that good at anything else. Just passable, and horrible in some areas like layups, free throws and shooting.

  27. flipisatrip says:

^ thank you for saying something thoughtful

  28. flipisatrip says:

    Control

my thing is this. He will never have a great shot, therefore, teams are going to cheat off of him regardless of who is on his team. That is always going to leave a free lane open to crash the boards. I don’t see how he is horrible in layups either, some of his layups are high difficulty, mainly because of his length and speed, which allows him to take some crazy layups that other players cannot even attempt.

I just feel like this is the NBA, while he may not always be playing with a team full of hall-of-famers, he will be playing with guys that can hit jumpers and finish at the rim. With his speed and handles he is going to get open shots, its up to the GMs to make sure they have players around him that can finish. There probably isn’t a gaurd in the league that can guard him 1-on-1, so teams would have to start jumping him or literally have his defender playing off of him so far that it would be an embarrassment if he didn’t take the jumper.

  29. LakeShow84 says:

Lol i think that was EVERYBODY’s think Flip.. kid is NEVER boxed out.. When you got Perkins, Garnett, Pierce and even Allen out there who the hell you least worry about to box out??

And i dont mean lose it on his own.. i hate to say but since hes such a “rebounder” if he comes down on someones foot wrong and hurts his knee.. POOF

    there goes Rondo..

“he’ll stick ya” kid gets away with a lot.. thats all im going to say.. i can see CP3 getting his share of superstar shit but Rondo shouldnt be getting away with half his shit..

  30. BiG ShoT BoB says:

I love people always talking about what ifs. Who cares Rondo is a champion and his team is better than Chris Paul’s. If you guys think it’s a cake walk to have 3 hall-of-famers and win a chip then you obviously have no idea. No one on this site could win a chip even if they had 4 hall-of-famers on their team so shut the fuck up and quit hating.

He still has to pass the ball to right person. They still need the rebounds he contributes with. They still need him to guard the other teams point guard. They still need him to learn the play book. They still need him to protect the ball. Trust me it’s a lot harder than most of you are making it out to be. In fact I think it’s more difficult to be the quaterback and most important position on a good team than a sucky team because more is expected of you.

  31. karizmatic says:

With Rondo on the Hornets they’d be in the same situation? Hell no. With Rondo running the Hornets they would be a sure lottery team. I am getting a new respect for Rondo, but he’s not in the same class as Chris Paul.

  32. wtf wtf says:

    #4…

    cp3 > dwill

all the gm’s new it during draft day that year.. we all know it.. you seem to be the only one in the dark.

  33. Luda101 says:

    @30
What you just said should hold true for every NBA player. I don’t think anyone is saying we can do a better job cuz obviously none of us are in the NBA. But saying that rondo should be praised above CP3 for being an above average point guard, with the deepest team in the league around him is ridiculous.

  34. Raul says:

I think that whoever wrote this has the worst persuasive writing skills of any writer on any credible website that I have ever seen.

You just state outrageous shit as if we should all accept it as fact. Wow!

Dimemag usually has good stuff, and I understand that you guys are supposed to be more lax than big websites like ESPN, sporting news and SI, but, for fuck’s sake, when you make a point, can’t you bother to back up your shit.

Aron phillips: I ain’t clicking on any of your links.

  35. runngun22 says:

Rondo won’t be able to hold Chris Paul’s jockstrap when it’s all said and done. Just wait until he doesn’t have all of that talent around him. He won’t know what to do.

And, for the record, I think both Paul and Deron Williams will have better careers than Derrick Rose and Rondo.

  36. runngun22 says:

    @ wtf wtf

I personally think that CP3 and D-Will are a toss-up. GMs should be happy with either on their team, as they are clearly the two best point guards in the League (and will be for awhile).

It seems every week I flip my opinion on whom has the slight edge over the other. In the end, the argument will never be resolved. Just enjoy them for what they are.

  37. runngun22 says:

    @ Big Shot Bob

No one is saying that Rondo isn’t a great point guard. In fact, I would be surprised if anyone argued for his not being in the top 5 or 8 in the L at his position. However, you can’t ignore that Paul is the better player.

It obviously takes a good point guard to win a championship, but don’t try to tell me that the Celtics would be a worse team with Paul or that the Hornets would be better with Rondo. That’s just foolish of you.

  38. 40 cal bouncemag.com says:

Aron that the dumbest comment you ever made. Can get to the basket at will? Do you watch celtic games? He only gets to the basket off of a pick or on the break and I actually thought you had some sort of NBA knowledge, a three year old celtics fan would tell you the same thing.

  39. Promoman says:

Rajon seems to have the false swag that a punk but Chris is closet bitch-made. He’s could be the dirtiest player league now that Bruce Bowen’s gone.

  40. 40 cal bouncemag.com says:

Promoman, there’s always one dirty player in the NBA and your on the money with that but think about if Chris Paul didn’t play dirty would the hornet games be as entertaining.

  41. Mark says:

I remember Barkley saying how back in the day you would kill each other on court but could have a peaceful dinner with the opposing players afterwards. I don’t understand why most players now take everything so personally.

Rondo needs to chill. CP is a -itch on court, but he hasn’t done anything off it that would require such hostility. Overcompensating, maybe?

  42. Kyballer312 says:

Wow, you guys are getting unbelievable. The 2 are opposite sides of the same coin. CP3 WOULD not average 20 with Boston…he would still just be the 4th option…Rondo would average abt 17-20 for the Hornets easily…CP3 is a better scorer and thats ALL…nowhere else are his stats better than Rondo’s or are any othe PG’s stats better…look at his FG%, Reb avg and assist avgs compared to ANY other PG in the league…is he the best PG maybe not but he is one of the only PURE PG’s in the league…u can’t hate cuz his situation is a good one…they traded for him he didn’t go just tryout at an open gym…like most “fans” this discussion turned into a scoring debate and scoring has never been what Rondo has been asked to do…I PERESONALLY COACHED THE KID 3 years in HSBBall…and my question I pose to you is the same I posed to his naysayers then…if you can’t stop me from shooting layups why should I make your job easier by shooting 10-15 footers to prove a point to you…you wanna see me make a jumper, 1st stop me from shooting layups…CP3 is a better scorer hands down but he HAS to be…Rondo is a pure PG not a score 1st PG like a lot of so-called PG’s in the league…its like aunion shop were you may work they ask you to do another union workers job you say NO that ain’t my job…scoring isn’t (right now) his job…his job is making sure the big 3 stay happy and get the “touches” their contracts require…when KG went down his scoring and rebounding both went up…D-Will, CP3 and those cats are not in as good a situation but talk to their agents don’t hate on Rondo for taking VERY good advantage of a VERY good opportunity…peace

  43. ticktock6 says:

“Rondo would average abt 17-20 for the Hornets easily…CP3 is a better scorer and thats ALL…nowhere else are his stats better than Rondo’s”

CP has led the league in both assists and steals for two years running. That statement just isn’t true. It’s not that “Rondo is more of an assists guy and CP is a scoring point guard.” It’s that CP does BOTH, does both excellently, and does both pretty much equally well, and that’s why he’s elite. He also outrebounds Rondo and in fact several other elite guys, even Kobe, despite being under 6 feet tall. I LIKE Rondo’s game a lot. But it’s not close.

  44. LakeShow84 says:

^ Ban this man please ^

  45. LakeShow84 says:

    Oh not you ticktock lol

    The KY guy..

Rondo would avg 20 EASY as the go to guy?? for really lol

  46. dapro says:

This shouldn’t be a debate but I’m not the biggest CP3 (I think he’s behind DWill)

but I’ll say this, I wonder if CP3 could play with 3 HOF’s and still be as effective

Rondo is able to play with 3 HOFs because his skillset is perfect for the Celtics, Lakers, or Magic (teams with legit threats around)

CP3 is one of the best but it would be hard for him to play into the system, he style of play isn’t geared for that (see olympics)

CP3 is top shelf and Rondo is second tier pg but when their respective careers are over it will a lot closer than people think

  47. BiG ShoT BoB says:

Oh yeah and I forgot CHAUNCEY BILLUPS IS THE BEST POINT GUARD IN THE LEAGUE after CP3 got his ass handed to him last year. Say what you want…

  48. 40 cal bouncemag.com says:

    Chauncey Billups? Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

  49. Pet Society Help says:

CP you lost the game, go back to the locker room and study the tapes/plays/defense and try to win the next one, way to be the bigger man rondo.

  50. dagwaller says:

Four Hall of Famers? You must think an awful lot of Perkins.

(I know who you’re really talking about - silly to consider it though)

  51. Why all da hatn'? says:

wow just checking how some people would react to this article, lol - stop making big deals about nba players havn’ beef with each other, and who’s better than who. Get a life, be straight on point and don’t write/type 3 paragraphs long comments - enjoy the games peeps.

  52. dave says:

rondo is not at cp3s level

  53. arisloco says:

That’s how you act when you have the sorry-ass bullyshit on your team in KG.

  54. arisloco says:

I won’t even be surprised if KG was the one who did that to CP3.

  55. Juanito says:

Rondo is a little bitch. Not even top 10 PG in league. Once all those creaky old men on the Celtics retire, he will be an expensive, overrated albatross of a contract, a la Jerome James or Eddy Curry

  56. Kudabeen says:

AS much as I like CP3 over every other PG in the L, I’m not blind to the fact that Rondo is a great distributor not average. He much like early Tony Parker stay in the paint. He is a really good rebounder and is a terror on defense not only in passing lanes, but he picks guys clean with his on ball D. He has a slight height advantage, but his length makes him a real problem.

I don’t think Rondo would have the same results CP3 has with Hornets, because no one respects his scoring.

CP3 is the better scorere and that is the main difference. Rondo hasn’t proven to hit the open shot or even hit his freethrows enough to mess with CP3, Deron, Nash. I compare him more favorably to Tony parker in the same time frame, Rose. With the more confident Jameer Nelso floating in that Top 10 Pg area as well.

    1. CP3
    2. Deron
    3. Nash
    4. Parker
    5. Bullups
    6. Rondo (We can’t judge him for what we don’t know. We do know the kid balled his ass off for a less talented Boston team in last years playoffs though)
    7. Rose
    8. Nelson
    9. Calderon
    10. I want to put Devin Harris, but he is still looking too much like a 2 guard than he does setup man and so does Aaron Brooks. So I’m leaving this open until someone else steps up. Maybe Baron Davis will find his game again….

  57. Kudabeen says:

Yes I left J Kidd off, because I think J Kidd is getting by on just leadership right now…My top 10 is on talent to explode and take a game over. I really think Kidd has fallen off.

  58. Adam says:

You need to take Nash off that list, he can’t play D for his life

  59. srb says:

I love all these “how dare he” comments.. get off the Chris Paul love train. He’s leading a team that looks like it’s about to implode.

  60. X says:

Really Dime? C’mon Rondo is no where near a top 2 point guard in the NBA, let alone a top 10! Tell me how he is ranked higher than guys like: Steve Nash, Derron Williams (there real 2nd best PG), Derrick Rose, Devin Harris, Jameer Nelson, Tony Parker, Chauncey Billups, Mo Williams, Baron Davis,Gilbert Arenas, hell I’ll even take Kirk Hinrich, Raymond Felton, and Brandon Jennings over his sorry ass. I might even take Lou Williams over him

  61. URBAN says:

Rondo has come a long way, and is one of the top ROLE player in the L. But it wasn’t long ago he couldn’t take the starting guard spot in Boston from Sebation Telfair. And when they won the Title he was the fifth best player on the team, not the forth. I believe Posey did a lot more for the squad when he put the lockdown on Kobe, and was busting threes from everywhere. Rondo is Ideal for playing with the Celtics, and would probly put up better scoring numbers like he did in last years playoffs if on a squad where he was the leader (much like Ariza). But it wouldn’t translate like CP3’s game. CP3 is a winner by himself. And could take it all the way with 1 other Hall of Famer, not three 1/2. (wallace is the half).

  62. EXPO336 says:

IM A CELTICS FAN…I LOVE RONDO.BRO CAN PLAY…BUT AS YOU CAN SEE FROM THE 336′ AREA CODE I GOTTA ROLL WITH THE CROSS TOWN HERO..CP3!!!!

paul is much better than rondo.
playin with the big 3 is gna make a pass first point gurad look gd. like the other day when rondo had an open layyup but through a behind the back pass to paul pierce who scored… but there was no need for it and it altogether made the play more difficult. paul doesnt have the type of players that he can make bad decisions like that example and they still score.
either way the argument started with rondo sayin somethin to paul, bein cocky, flauting the fact hes in a great situation is obviously gona prompt a reaction. …i wana see paul play for a real good team and then there cud be an honest comparison.
