Go fuck yourself. And besides you’re killing your own point. Comparing Greg Oden to Pippen or Kobe is no different than comparing Haley to Malone…basically Oden hasn’t done anything in his career worthy of recognition. He is a scrub. Not saying it will be that way forever but as of right now he is the 5-6th best player on his own team.He’s a damn foul machine that has spent the majority of his career playing behind the legend Joel Pryzbilla. Regardless he got dunked on. Get over it.

@ keven k: One thing, Rodman was not all that. Come on. Guy was a rebounding machine–in part because that was his role on team, like David Lee with Knicks. It’s his role. Rodman also played tough D. He had no offense, which of course left him free just to crash boards.

And so far Noah (and also fellow Gator Horford, for that matter) has had a better NBA career than Oden, and Noah is improving as much (if not more) than Oden. (And injuries count. Otherwise, Sprite drinking guys like Grant Hill and Penny would be sure 1st vote Hall of Famers.)

Although I agree that usually point can’t be your best guy to win chip–although Chauncy (arguably Detroit’s best), Magic (probably Laker’s best–Kareem was heading over-the-hill) and Wade (who basically dominates ball like point) also are exceptions.
