@kevin k — I don’t like the politics around college ball, but it’s something I can ignore when I’m just watching the games. I like how college presents so many different styles of play, the crowd is always more into it, the players are always rotating in and out (no seven-year contracts you can’t dump, i.e. no Eddy Currys), I do think they play with more heart/emotion on their sleeve (not as many Tim Thomases), and the players are generally better to work with than NBA guys.

AB, are you one of those advocates that truly believes college ball is better than the NBA? Has more intensity? Better D? More fundamentals?

College basketball is a joke. It’s nothing but fodder for NCAA and college programs to milk money out of the players. March Madness is more notorious for gambling than the actual competition. Competition is a joke. Head coaches are truly overrated. Double dribbles, 5 second inbounds, and missed lay-ups are way too common. Just because you slap the floor at mid court and scream doesn’t mean shit.

Of course if the above statement doesn’t apply to you, just ignore it

What I want to know is if anyone saw the buzzer beater by John Wall last night. I’m gonna go out on a limb and say J-Dub will be the best point guard in the NBA one day. Yes even better than Chris Paul….
