Alright I had a typo in my spelling but he definitely wrote he began his career in 2007 backing up Stockton!

The Jazz don't need another point guard. Last time I checked they have a top 3 pg on their roster and Ronnie Price is not a bad backup. How about a wing who can score consistently or a big who can stop somebody?

The Jazz need to pick up Dee Brown (assuming he is available) for several reasons:

*He was a fan favorite during his short tenure in Utah.

*He is tight with D-Will - need to keep your stars happy.

*He has a positive attitude which can help out in the locker room. Barkley is convinced their is tension in there due to Boozer.

*He will only play limited minutes as the Jazz roster is healthy and deep. Sign him for the person that he is on and off the court. He continued to be involved in the Utah community after he was waived by the Jazz because he felt it his duty.

*Utah has seen a slide in attendance this year. When fans have an attachment to their players, like they had with Dee, they are more inclined to go to the games.

@ Rizwan

your reading = FAILURE !!

NOWHERE does it say he backed up Stockton in 2007.....

He CLEARLY states "He started his career in 1997, backing up John Stockton."

If you want to correct someone, then you gotta come better than "He bagan in 1997!" as your spelling is very suspect. lol

Sorry homie, you left yourself WIDE open!

Ronnie Price does a good job IMO... I was bummed to see Maynor go, but Price brings a lot of explosive, and contagious energy off the bench.

I don't see a need for a backup PG on the Jazz..

A shot blocking rebounding hustler on the other hand... *paging Joakim Noah to Utah*... Except this wouldn't really work with the Jazz's slashing to the basket style.. At least Okur spreads the defense...
