Corey Brewer Humiliates Derek Fisher
Up until now, Dwyane Wade’s cram over Anderson Varejao last month was the frontrunner for dunk of the year honors. But after Corey Brewer smashed one right over Derek Fisher in the Timberwolves’ game against the Lakers on Saturday night, there is now room for debate.

One featured a 6’4″ guard dunking over a 6’11″ center and making him flip backwards, while the other is a 6’9″ forward dunking over a 6’1″ point guard trying to take a charge….. I don’t see much need for a debate.

That was insane…Almost Vince-like. I would still go with D-Wade’s cram over Verajao, not only because it was straight nasty ridiculous, but also just because I hate Verajao. And, anytime one of my favorite players destroy that walking pubicle, I get a warm fuzzy. Like what Dwight did to him in the playoffs last year. And so on. Anyway, Brewer’s dunk was sick, but Wade’s was so much better.

Varejao went for the block so he got smashed on.. Fisher went for the charge which always leaves u open 50% of the time for someones junk to get thrown in ur face..

Good dunk, but not impressive compared to Dwade, who was dunking on a JUMPING 6″11 player. Versus Brewer who’s what, 6″7 or so, dunking on a standing 6’1 point guard.

What are you guys talking about? I personnally hate Brewer with a passion. and I’m a big DWade fan. But to say what Brewer did to Fish “is not impressive” is comical. The 6’9 or not, Brewer got his FACE to rim level, while jumping (Basically) over a guy who is 6’1. That’s AIDS patient sick.

Come on guys–Brewer’s dunk was impressive as hell. Look where he took off from–way the hell out. If Brewer does spread his legs (and bunches together his baggy trunks), he goes right over Fish w/o touching him. I’m not going to argue which dunk was better, but Brewer’s was impressive as hell.
Also, Brewer clearly is learning. In college he always would take off way too soon on his non-dunk layups, which would be awkward and which he often would miss. His pro coach must have told him, “Corey, enough of this sh*t. If you’re going to take off too soon on the drive, then at least cram it home!”

Sick Dunk, especially where he took off from and the elevation; I thought brewer was recovering from injury but thats probably the best dunk I’ve seen from him; Fisher looked bad but he tryed to make a fundamental play and getting embarassed like that is just part of the game, it happens….Lakers probably won anyway….

this is definitely vicious but dwade’s dunk is better. wade pulled his dunk on varejao right after lebron tried and and was denied a poster on jermaine o’neal causing him to mean mug and say that’s how you do it.

Anyway it ain’t no debate, Wade’s was the best this year. It was over someone far more hated than Fisher, a bigger dude and as someone already said, you could feel it afterwards with the way everyone acted.
For Brewer to catch Fisher so cold where was his excitement dang! He might as well laid it up for what he did afterwards. Fisher look liked he was thinking “Why am I still playing this F*ckin game?” lol.
