   I don’t have audio here, but I can’t tell if the video is a joke or not. No problems with using hand sanitizer or keeping the hygiene up, but this dude has some OCD issues. Nothing to laugh at, as it can be debilitating and becomes progressively worse over time (i.e., Howard Hughes). There are some nasty f’ing people out there, too. Studies have shown around 40% of people don’t wash their hands after taking a piss and 25% after taking a sh*t.
