Trouble Brewing For Findlay Prep On ESPN Right Now

Cory Joseph & Tristan Thompson

If you’re not watching No. 1 Findlay Prep (Henderson, Nev.) vs.
No. 13 Northland (Columbus, Ohio) on ESPN right now, you’re missing some of the best prospects in the country battle it out. I personally got to spend 10 days in France with the three best players on the floor (the Findlay Prep duo of Tristan Thompson and Cory Joseph and Northland’s Jared Sullinger) this past summer, and they will surely be in the League.

For a Findlay squad that normally averages 100+ per game, they were held to 15 points at the half behind stellar play from Sullinger and his crew. Since then, Findlay has battled back to make it 39-35 at the end of the third quarter.

Which of these three guys is going to be the best pro?

    Realise this has nothing to do with the post but Aron your thoughts on this potential trade:

    Bobcats trade- Diaw, Chandler, DJ Augustine
    Bobcats get- DLee, Landry, Curry

    Knicks trade- DLee, Curry, Chandler, Jefferies
    Knicks get- TMac, DJ Augustine

    Rockets trade- TMac, Landry
    Rockets get- Diaw, Tyson Chandler, Wilson Chandler, Jefferies

    Personally think Rockets would be stupid to do this!!

  2. Lucas says:

    Thompson has the most pro potential because of his ability to play both forward positions. Sullinger is 6′7″, but still could be like a Landry.

  3. KCL says:

    Triston Thompson has the potential to be a Chris Bosh/Kevin Garnett type player and definetly has the work ethic. Sullinger will be a star for sure, dominate all-around player but kinda small Id take Thompson

    None, all three recieve the dime curse, just like Martell Webster or Dajuam Wagner

    @Rizwan

    I’d be down. Does it work with salaries?

    @robmo35

    What’s the Dime curse?

  6. Rizwan says:

    @ Aron

    Salaries would work but David Lee BYC may scupper the deal. Not sure how it works, but the BYC prevents a trade until when?

    I saw the game and have seen Findley up close, I will tell you this Thompson is the real deal. The issue I had with the game last night was the call that was made at the end when Thompson bumped into Sullinger, it was such a light bump. I think unless its an obvious hack then thats one thing, but a touch foul to decide the game, just bullshit.
