Tyreke Evans’ Crossover Makes Darren Collison Fall Down
Just saw this on YouTube and was surprised it only got 150 or so hits. Here Tyreke Evans uses the behind-the-back wrap around dribble to make fellow rookie Darren Collison fall on his ass last Sunday. You would think guarding CP every day in practice would prepare Collison for such a move, but obviously it didn’t.

Take a closer look. He stepped on Collison’s foot. You only get credit for dropping a dude off if it’s legit.

Stepped on his foot cuz DC got froze like a deer in the headlights and couldn’t move for a second. THEN Too Easy stepped on his foot, looked down at him like he was roadkill, and dished it off out of pity for a fellow rook. ROY in the making, fuck what BJ has to say about it. Too Easy all day….

The most fake highlight since Paul Pierce’s dunk where he kneed Chris Bosh in the balls

LOL, that was the slowest crossover i eva seen. Besides steppin on his foot OBVIOUSLY preventing him moving his feet, and falling down. weak as hell, no wonder only 150 hits. tyreke has no handles.

Sacto_J says:
lol @ Kudos, who apparently watches no college ball or NBA. If there’s one thing Tyreke does well its handle the ball (and finish at the rim…And Defend 3 positions as necessary…) But I digress as you are correct, it really isn’t that great a highlight and your posts are the best to read ever. Thanks for being there….

man, please… he tapped the side of dudes foot. thats not steppin ON someone’s kicks. ya it froze him up a bit and prolly what made him ultimately fall, but dont try to take it all away from him. he was stuck before that anyway

Ya’ll at dime are slacking with these booty videos of basic “nasty” dunks and now this. Anyone who watches it can see it was a basic behind the back not even. Really a cross over AND he stepped on collisons right foot. Weak

Yeah he did tap his foot. Still looks nice though. Tyreke was on against Indiana.

Dan Dickau says:
Forget about the foot, two things don’t make this right.
1. He didnt shoot. Anytime you cross somebody up you gotta shoot OR
2. Go all And1 style and just throw the ball as far up in the stands as you can…now that woulda got him some YouTube hits.

That wasn’t a crossover highlight, that was two of the most boring rookie players to watch. One don’t know how to defend and the other don’t know how to dribble behind his back and drive. Beno Udrich would school these fools.

Didn’t you notice the producer of the video zooming in So you could see tryeke step on collison’s foot accidently, man what are you thinking p[osting some BS like this about a future top 10 point guard, please resepect collison more then to allude he can’t guard a rookie….and on top of that did all the good writer’s go to bounce, i miss my dimemag keepin up with tha streets, and having some real basketball sense above mine, i swear i could be writing for you guys now adays, STEP your game up, well i mean back to the old days….peace

Tyreke Evans is a SUPERSTAR in the making.
For all the haters out there… how many rookies have you seen put on around 20, 5 & 5 in the recent yrs? The last guy to do it was Lebron. And before Lebron? probably go back a decade to find another. Jennings is doing well too right now but Tyreke will be able to succeed during the course of the long season because of his size.
Evans is the real deal. He will be a top 5 player in the league one day.
