Right now I have to go with Aaron Brooks, I used to be very high on Stuckey a year or two ago, but in my opinion he hasn't really evolved as a team leader that you want at the point. If the Pistons move him over to the two guard he may actually be able to grow better in that position, maybe him and Will Bynum are the Pistons backcourt of the future, but if it's about point guards, I have to go with Aaron Brooks.

I'd take Brooks, if you mean who is a better point guard. Both look for their shot a lot and don't blow away with their passing skills but of the two, Brooks is less selfish and that's saying a lot because he can dribble the air of the ball like the best of them. Stuckey is not even a point anymore. He's an attacking 2 through and through. When he has the ball, it's all about attacking or shooting from 19 feet. I'm not saying he's a bad player--he's actually been very effective lately because he's making more of his shots--but if I had to pick one for a point guard vacancy, it'd be Brooks.

Stuckey's the player Courtney Lee thought he was when he got traded from Orlando and talked about himself like he was an all star in waiting. Both have the listed height to be a NBA two, going about 6'5 each but arms that are about 5 inches shorter than the average wing player make them seem undersized.

Right now Brooks is "better", but Stuckey has much more potential because he's never really had a distinct role on a talented team yet.

im from eastern washington, so most would assume i have a bias to pick stuckey over brooks. i dont. both great ball players. ive seen both play and i think brooks edges him out.
side note:
i had a friend who he tried to get with when he was in college and i told her, you better swoop him up, your gonna be a millionaire

bottom line is:
girls dont listen or true love is more important than money.

still cant decide. haha,

They are both great players. The difference I see is that Brooks is key on nearly every play for the Rox . . . he breaks down the defense even if he is 2 or 3 passes removed from the ultimate scoring shooter. Brooks (and Lowry) are the engines that make the Rox go. I really like Stuck, but he does not define games in the way that Brooks does.

@andthefoul

good thoughts, but did you say Brooks does not have elite level quickness?

I can't think of anyone quicker in the League - Monta is close
