Carlos Boozer’s Bringing The Heat On Udonis Haslam

Whether it’s because he’s from Duke or because he’s had injuries in his past, people have labeled Carlos Boozer “soft” for years. After dunking right over Udonis Haslam in last night’s Jazz/Heat game, there’s no way you can call Boozer soft now. At least for the rest of the week.

again to those that argue you ain’t playing d unless you been dunked on.

Udonis could have easly went up before Boozer ever got in dunking range and tried to stop the flow of the transition.

He also could have stepped to the side and tried to block it (granted it would have probably been like swiping at the wind) I have seen it happen.

He even could have went close as to challenge Boozer to try and make him dish the ball to the other man and go for the steal.

It’s plenty that can be done without standing there getting dunked on and or trying to take a charge that ain’t working.

I’ve never heard Boozer labelled as soft either but he does loaf on defense & has a rep for being selfish.

I’ve never heard of Boozer being soft either… on the contrary he plays pretty tough for me considering he’s kind of undersized and sometimes plays the center.

Either way, one dunk doesn’t change anything even if he were labeled soft by some.

Wow. Boozer is actually a good player if he forgets about playing for money.
