People have changed the captioning for dozens of different situations on this clip. The first time I saw it was Hitler reacting to Craig Brackens declaring for the NBA Draft last year. That one and the reaction to Kanye West/Taylor Swift debacle were my personal favorites. Always good for a laugh.
