Iguodala is my favorite player and is definitely the Sixers’ franchise now, and for the future. Look what they have to build around! Iggy, Lou Will, Marreese Speights, Thaddeus Young, Jrue Holiday, etc. If they can well develop all of these guys, we’ve got a potential dynasty! and along with vet’s like Brand, Dalembert, Willie Green and Jason Kapono, it could be a really good team. GO SIXERS!

I am a rockets fan and I live in houston. The rockets are not the right team for Allen Iverson. Iguodala, maybe. Tracy Mcgradry doesnt really have to go to the sixers.

i dont really care for either teams(houston/philly) but if tmac were to be traded for iggy++, that would only be conjured up by a rocket fan. its ridiculous to trade for a wash up(even with a huge expiring contract) for a decent, young wing and then some… wishful thinking, but pls be realistic… i was thinking if they were to have this traded, brooks and or landry goes with tmac for iggy+elton+someone to throw in to match the money, i think this would be make sense, then again, it wont… houston, just hold on the contract and wait if somebody relevant this summer have any intrest. philly, develop your core and find a way to dump brand! GO LA!!!

This is perfct for Philly if any of you dumb people who are doubting take the chance to realize…. Iggy a sure-fire swingman and elton brand plus maybe willie green for McGrady and Landry or even Shane Battier would be perfect the sixers need the “D” and skill and the Rockets need the depth… This will open up next years free agency for the sixers like no other… 1. Iggy and Elton’s contracts will be gone about a good 25 million.. 2. Sammy and T-Mac have expiring contracts thats about a good 35 million out the window in June… 3. We re-sign A.I and possibly get a good premiere player on the team that can do something… Keep Lou and Holiday ima A.I fan but his years are numbered the rebuilding process will be in full affect… look at the guys who might be available and tel me it wont work for Philly….LeBron James, Dwyane Wade, Chris Bosh, Amare Stoudemire, Paul Pierce, Ray Allen, Tyson Chandler, Manu Ginobili, Richard Jefferson, Joe Johnson, Tracy McGrady, Yao Ming, Dirk Nowitzki and Michael Redd all can opt to be unrestricted free agents… Use your heads people its amazing what u can think of…

Houston is dumb! Lets make this simple.
1. T-MAC is not playing (20 million)
2. T-MAC is not worth anything until he can prove himself on the court.
3. Make a deal for a good player take the couple of million dollar hit.
4. If you make the playoffs you will have more fan support and make more profit.
5. Trade T-MAC for Igadoula. It will significantly help the rockets and the Sixers could end up with a Franchise player once T-MAC is in shape. They are taking the risk by trading a proven player for a guy that needs time to rebuild.

1 and 2. If he gets hurt again, he’s worth 0.
3. You think we’re trading for a bad player? We decline trades all day because they’re trash, we’re only accepting a superstar and a role player.
4. Anyone who makes the playoffs will have more fan support and “make more profit”, whatever that means. Tracy isn’t TMAC anymore, our team would be less likely to make the playoffs with him on the court.
5. That’s the trade we want.

How is Houston dumb? We have one of the best coaching staff, head office, and D-League team in the NBA? I’d say those three things make the Rockets pretty smart. Oh, and we’re 7th in the west. The sicksers are 14th, one back from dead last.

so here is the deal…Clearly Houston messed up by not playing T-Mac…..they regret it now…because the team is slowly falling apart! Once play offs come you NEED a go to guy (McGrady) or else you got others taking game winner (who? Ariza?????) come on guys lets be real! Te thing is Im happy McGrady will go to another team that will appreciate his ability more than Rick Adleman! If McGrady goes to Chicago that team will be dangerous in the EAST!!!! Go T-MAC

Alright, i don’t think this trade is fair. if the rockets are willing to put Yao or Aaron Brooks in the trade it would be fair. but i’m pretty sure they won’t trade Speights cause
he has been having a good season.if i was the sixers GM i’d only trade Dalembaret, Young, and Brand. They need iguodala. He means everything to philly. I want to see T-mac in a sixers uniform but i dont want iguodala and Lou Willams to leave Philly. Think of what iguodala has done the past few years. he has become a star. he got his shooting range better, he got faster. theirs no way to explain of how iguodala leaving philly.
