I have a couple of Alan’s DVDs and they’re the truth. I’m still learning & it’s hard in some streches but the man can turn water into wine. I’m already seeing improvement. He’s up there with guys like Tim Grover & Steve Hess.

^^^ yeah I’m impressed with the exercise selection besides the upright row. But the form on all those exercises except for the white dude on the bench was horrible at best. I’m impressed they taught him to bench correctly with the elblows in – though except for a competitive powerlifter the bench press is a useless waste of time. If you want to horizontal press then the push-up and it’s many variations is superior.
Rounded backs and instability everywhere. I see a lot of weak glutes and cores there. Ugh. Probably young enough they won’t get hurt now – but some poor strength coach at the next level will have to fix all that mess.

Though I am surprised if he is seemingly teaching the bench that well he was never able to get KD to be able to lift 185lbs. on said bench press one time while @ Montrose.
