We’re not making this up. This fall, they closed the gym down at Nimitz High School and had Brittney Griner and Mr. 720 (formerly known as Air Up There) go at it. Who do you think won?

    Brittany Griner is….kinda has like a…reverse-Michael Jackson thing going on.

    But yo, this 720 dude is ridiculous. He won the NBA dunk contest 2 times over in this clip alone. Actually, BRITTANY GRINER won the NBA dunk contest 2 times over in this clip alone.

    I was impressed by both of them. Wannabe comedians are going to make childish jokes about Brittany being a dude and all that rah rah, haters are going to point at her height, but the fact is, that’s a woman doing a two handed 360. Respect that.

    You are right about haters on Brittney…what ever growth defect she has, at least she isn’t shy about using it to her advantage. If Brittney is dunking like that and she is a “man”, what does that make Mr. 720 and Lebron? They are all just freaks of nature with physical gifts that they are not wasting….Kwame Brown and Darko Milic, I hope u read that last line.

    I wouldn’t say she’s a man. But I do think she may have more testosterone than your average female. Then again none of that really matters. She is definitely impressive though

    AUT/Mr. 720 won that hands down but Brittney’s the best female dunker around. She’s got a nice repertoire, especially with lobs and bounce dunks.

    Totally agree with the dunk at 1:45. AUT’s dunks are all crazy, but I had to do a double take on that pump-360-reverse. Looked like something they’d pull off in NBA Street.

    Britney did a good job too with the dunks. She is freakishly athletic and strong for a woman. I really thought she was a man though.

    you can’t just give someone a dunk contest win because it was impressive that they could dunk… a dunk contest is a dunk contest and you have to do good dunks to win. It’s like saying Steve Nash should win in a dunk contest against Josh Smith or someone because he’s shorter and therefore it’s harder for him.
