Marquis Teague: The Future Of Kentucky Basketball

Hands down, Marquis Teague is the best point guard in the country. Probably doesn’t hurt that his brother, Atlanta Hawks point guard Jeff Teague, knows a thing or two about playing ball. Anyways, while Marquis still has one more year left of high school before he heads to Kentucky, check out what the 6-2 floor general from Indianapolis, Ind., has been up to this summer while playing with the Spiece Indy Heat.

He is only going to get better especially under Calipari. Calipari is a dang good recruiter.

  2. SJ says:

Marquis is gonna kill at the college level. Hopefully Cal will work on his defensive game and overall basketball IQ. He’s got TONS of potential, more than his bro, but he needs to work hard at it.

Dude has been getting recruited for a long a$$ time… He’s got hundreds of pairs of sneakers from it. Chris Paul tried to get him to go to Wake Forest, where his bro and dad went. He’ll be top 5 pick in NBA.

i hear what they say and no knock to any young dude on the come up but my personal pick is myck kabongo for overall point guard play

No possible way is dude better than the Rivers kid. He is nice though. All that dribbling doesn’t fly in the NBA or NCAA though, time will tell.
