Don says:
I don’t think anybody really appreciates or understands how important the Raptors or just basketball is to the city of Toronto.
I think once of the reasons Raptors games are always packed and the crowds are so crazy is to show resilience. Despite all the media bashing and tragedies those fans don’t waver.
And trust me you haven’t seen anything yet. If this team ever starts winning, the energy is going to be x10.

This is the dumbest thing ever… Why? Where is the connect to the Toronto Raptors? Look at their Twitter account? No followers… The name sounds like some rap group.
The “brain trust” at Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment had the right idea, but no plan.
They failed to connect dots & thus, this will fall short on the eyes & hearts of those in the T-Dot who desperately want a fun, exciting, competitive team on the floor for the 2010-2011 Season & beyond!
I CAN be contacted to square up all of the Craptors Viral Marketing & Development Initiatives, however.

That was sick! I like how they used the music/lyrics to reference the events that have happened in the past, from Bosh leaving to VC and Bosh doing it all before ‘em. Showed the grit and heart of the city.
Hopefully there’s not too many fun police who show up in the comments.

btw I lived in Toronto, the Raptors are not even remotely as important to the City of T.O. as the Maple Laughs…people would be getting in line to jump off the CN Tower if they left…
