Arguably the best player in all of high school basketball and the (confirmed) best dunker in the prep ranks just announced they will team up to play college ball together.
Quincy Miller, a 6-10 forward from High Point, N.C., and teammate Deuce Bello, a 6-7 wing, verbally committed to Baylor University live on ESPNU. Bello took the crown at the Elite 24 dunk contest this summer, while Miller dominates all over the floor as a do-it-all forward. Miller is ranked No. 2 in the High School Hoop Top 50, a ranking done regardless of class. Read More »

Back in May, Dime’s Adam Flomenbaum wrote a great piece titled “The Scope Of Instant Replay Must Be Broadened.” Well, it appears they’ve listened. Sleepers are an important but dangerous part of any preparations for fantasy basketball drafts. The hazard is getting caught up in the self- or media-generated hype for your sleeper picks and moving too early to grab them. All that said, here is a list of the Top 10 sleepers that you should keep an eye out for in the latter rounds of your drafts (with target rounds in 12-team leagues in brackets), in no particular order. We’ve known for a while now that Drake is down with the Kentucky Wildcats. And even with his boys John Wall, DeMarcus Cousins and Patrick Patterson collecting NBA paychecks, he’s still going to be supporting Coach Cal. So while Kentucky looks to rebuild the empire, they’ll still have their most high-profile fan (not named Ashley Judd) along for the ride. Read More »

Who do you want your offense to run through with the game on the line? Counting down from 30th to 1st (one per team), I’ve ranked the League’s go-to guys…
MONTA ELLIS, Golden State Warriors
Underrated as they are, Monta Ellis’ skills on the basketball court aren’t as glossed-over as the path he took to get the opportunity to display those skills.

I’m about to tell you something that I’ve never told anybody else before: I’m obsessed with USB flash drives. It’s true. And thankfully for all you NBA fans out there, I’ve come across something extremely awesome. Read More »
