Someone asked me earlier why there are so many new commercials debuting this week. When you have five marquee games all in one day, Christmas Day turns into the Super Bowl. With that, check out the next installment of the NBA’s Where Amazing Happens campaign called, “Encouragement.” This first one stars Kevin Durant at Montrose Christian. It’s truly amazing.

The Durant spot will debut on Christmas Day, along with one for Amar’e Stoudemire. In January, three more will roll out featuring Chris Paul (at West Forsyth High School), Steve Nash (at Santa Clara) and Stephen Curry (shooting with his dad before one of his games when he was on the Raptors). All these are directed by Chris Sargent of Park Pictures.
