Top 10 Plays of 2010: LeBron James vs. Blake Griffin

For years, LeBron James has been known as the most exciting athlete in the NBA. Well, some may argue that that changed with the arrival of Blake Griffin. And even though BG missed all of last year, his plays have been so ridiculous this season, that he has enough highlights in three months to compete with anyone’s highlights from the whole calendar year. With that, check out the Top 10 Plays of 2010 from LeBron and Blake, and let us know who comes out on top. We’re probably not the only ones that will be tuning in on Jan. 12 when the two face off for the first time in L.A.

What do you think?

dunk #3 by griffin = dunk of the year so far, sorry jr

Lebron’s #1 dunk definately shouldn’t have been his #1. There were 3 or 4 plays better than that.

  • First & Foremost

Seeing as though Blake has a resume all of 33 games, his top plays are really nice. You can never get tired of him Movgoffing people.

Lebron’s compilation is better because it shows off more of his ability. Both are good clips.

i missed that alleyoop that griffin caught behind gortat [i think it was he]

I love Griffin’s #1 play, but it’s not a dunk. If it’s included on the year’s best dunk list, it’ll be a shame. Best play, yes. Best dunk, no.

Lebron only had 4 plays from this season, Blake had all ten.

both clips r dope but Blake just has sheer hops while James is more all around, when Blake polishes his game a bit more and his knees r still strong despite all the crazy jumping, this dude will be even more of a beast if that’s possible…

on a side note, James’ #1 is nice but Wade used to do that ALL the time before the injuries and made it look so much smoother…it just goes to show how athleticism is becoming more and more important than technique and grace like back in the day

I’ll go with Blakes top 10. I think someone shorted LBJ on his top top 10 because he definantly has more plays that that. LBJs dunk vs the Bulls and Philly were easily #1 and #2. That Block he had was also disgusting.

Blake on the other hand shut it down on nearly every play. Had that been an And 1 game in any of those plays, the crowd would have rushed the floor lol.

Nevermind that both Bron and BG are amazing, as a HEAT fan I am really enjoying watching both of them demolish the Knicks. How many spots on these lists are they getting crushed on?!?

Lebron dunks over James Johnson is his #1 play of 2010 hands down cuz he went chest to chest against a pure athlete JJ and just kept on rising and took his soul.

Blakes top 10 is way better and he is the new human highlight film.

    two of my favourite players

Blake is a beast…the only reason to watch the Clippers AND (!) he needs less steps than LBJ (or is the crab dribble a signature move?)
