I have to say that Em was the MVP of SB advertising this year. This commercial and the Brisk Ice Tea one was classic.

I don’t know about best, but it was a damn good commercial. I don’t know how long the feeling will last, but it tugged at my heart strings and my nationalism.

Doritos would always rank up there. the Brisk ad was trash but the Crysler was cool. Prize goes to Doritos. Congrats Green and Yellow,Hats off to Lil Wayne for calling it.

Real talk….that John 3:16 commercial was the best one to me. Just my personal opinion. But this commercial was nice though. Real nice.

The most sublimly xenophobic thing I’ve seen in a long time…but then again, thats what I’m used to in a country where you can silence a person by calling him ‘unamerican’…

It was decent but in general, they all stunk to high heaven

i agree with young gunner, they all where pretty bad, and this one is no exception.

the darth vader car commercial was better then this one.

I like the part on the chrysler basically saying that people are writing this and that about Detroit but have never been there…I used to live in the D, and it has its issues but from my experiences so many people hate on the D that have never been there….Flint, on the the other hand…jk

why they say detroit went to hell and back?

I actually liked this commercial alot, it was pretty gritty and made me interested in the car. I definetly added it on my list of cars to look at.

@7 Xenophobic? I don’t get that. The commercial didn’t say that all foreign cars are evil or bad. It was about Detroit pride and was meant to convince people that Detroit can make a car worth having. It’s true that calling someone “unamerican” carries more weight than it should, but a person or a product shouldn’t have to apologize for being American either. Having said that a good commercial only goes so far, the car itself will have to be quality for any lasting impact because bad word of mouth trumps a good commercial for most car buyers.
