A Very Candid Interview With Al Jefferson On Kobe, KG & Duncan

Just because Al Jefferson is a beastly 6-10 and 280 pounds on the court, doesn’t mean he’s not a nice guy off of it. In a very candid interview with Big Al, watch as he talks about the guys he most respects in the NBA.

It’s cool to see the human side of players. None of that ‘make it rain’ bs or ‘im the greatest’ crap. Ver refreshing.

  3. james says:

damn…. he needs a tutor… that grammar is borderline unbearable!!!!

  4. north says:

Al Jeff done did talk to the camera peoples good.

Wow… define dumb jock for me please. Rhymes with Sal Hefferson.

  5. beiber newz says:

Al Jefferson or Zach Randolph? who would you pick. hmmmmm

    @north @james
Are you two serious? Al Jefferson has quite possibly the best post moves in the NBA, do you really think he isn’t an intelligent person.

Sure maybe his grasp of the English language isn’t at par with your’s but blame that on the culture more than the man. He is most likely surrounded by people who speak like himself and would probably seen as a brilliant orator if he had your privilege.

If you would watch him for 5 minutes on the court you would know that he wouldn’t be happy being a nameless drone complaining on the internet. Al Jefferson is an amazing human being, and you nobodies will probably always look down on him because he uses double negatives.

@james @north Why don’t you guys try to upfake an NBA defender and then deliver a perfect hookshot for the bucket, I’ll be the one laughing as you fail every try.

  7. Soul Jax says:

P.S. Thank you Dime I thoroughly enjoyed gaining the man’s perspective.

  8. Let's Go Hawks says:

Yes, his grammar is atrocious but the reality is he projects himself as a very mature person who simply doesn’t have a high education level. He declared for the draft directly out of high school, where his main focus was undoubtedly basketball, not learning. Considering the man takes the time to study another player (or at least claims he does. I tend to believe him), I have no doubt he would succeed in the classroom if given the proper tools.

Great sharing Dime! Please bring more upfront and real videos like these! I agree with the folks who are all positive about this type of journalism and the type of person and player we know him to be.

    thank you!

    Cosign Soul Jax. Regulate, homie.

    Thanks for sharing, Dime.
