J-TUCK for the win!!! I thoroughly enjoyed this year’s contest. A lot of good dunks and great competition for Tuck. Makes his win even more justified in my opinion. I just wish he coulda pulled off the 360-between-the-legs on the last round. My favorite dunk of his was the 360-off-the-side-backboard pass…we saw Quake Griffin try that dunk unsuccessfully, so I was happy to see Tuck complete it. Now we just need a NBDL team to pick up Tuck so we can see him again in their dunk contest next year. If he can’t swing that (I dont know about the rest of his game), he needs to get in some dunking circuit, like the Flight Bros. or somethin like that.

This is the joint right here. Why does the NBA think you need stuffed animals and cars and phonebooths to make an entertaining dunk? If you can fly, we will be impressed. That’s all cats wanna see; someone fly through the air and dunk like this dude.

definitely the Cream of the Crop!
SoulChorea is absolutely right. If you need to use some stupid props or have an elaborate scripted intro to be creative in a dunk contest, then obviously you are not a very creative dunker.
Try coming up with some different athletic moves to do in the air. Or at least some more variations of existing moves and alley-oops.
Watching a smooth execution of a 360 dunk of the side of the backboard is way more entertaining then having some little kid come onto the court and cry about losing his stuffed animal on top of the rim, or having a damn choir come out and annoy everyone before a dunk.

Cosign SoulChorea. That’s what Derozan was saying too. He wouldn’t have clean up if those bums didn’t use props. I mean, biting off a teddy bear hanging from the rim? WTF? Derozan had the best dunks in the contest…. easily. If only he used Drake to rap and jumped over eight 5 year olds, then maybe he would have won.

That is unreal! – truly an amazing dunker with awesome creativity and the ability to execute. I was stunned when I saw his first video posted on here and last night was no letdown. Cool Stuff J Tucker!

Wow, it didn’t really sink in how small the dude is until he’s standing next to the other players afterwards. He’s a little smurph!
