Jamal Crawford Is A Vet At Making People Look Stupid

No one can tell me Atlanta’s Jamal Crawford is not one of the most exciting ballhandlers in the league. When he’s on, as he was all of last season and as he has been so far in the playoffs, he brings out the oohs and ahs quite frequently.

Tonight, the Hawks are looking to go up 2-1 against the Magic with a Game 3 waiting to shift momentum and control of the series to one side or the other. So far, Crawford has been great, averaging 24 points and shooting nearly 50 percent from the field. He’s been their most consistent player.

While Atlanta may nor may not win this series, you can bet Crawford will have his share of highlights. He always does. Even as a high school kid at Rainier Beach HS in Seattle, Crawford was yanking defenders.

What is your all-time favorite Jamal Crawford move?

Man, that takes me back. I was a sophomore in HS when Jamal was a senior, but he might as well have been a grown-ass NBA player at that point. Dude was RIDICULOUS.

Check around 2:22, Jamal was one of the inventors of the “Rainier Beach No-Look.” That’s when you’re actually looking at your teammate when you begin the pass, but spin away or look away real quick so it appears you did a no-look.

Seeing him wearing that #1 Chicago Bulls lol

All jokes aside I always thought he would be better. Not trying to hate but it just always looked like he could be a superstar.

I invented the Rainer Beach No Look homie, it was the South Shore No Look first. South Shore COF 94

  5. Austin Burton says:

@jumpman24 — Hahaha, I won’t argue with you. So let’s say you invented it, JC made it mainstream at Beach, then Lodrick and Rodrick perfected it.

  11. KENNY COLLIER says:

First track is Encore, second track is Imaginary Players

JC is still one of my favorite players. I met him back in ’03 after a pro-am game in Chicago (him and Shawn Marion were going at it all game long). Real down to earth dude. I was salty when the Bulls traded him. My favorite crossover would probably be the move he put on Kirk Hinrich a few years back. Filthy.
