Wale Takes The Stage Wearing The New Washington Jersey
TUPAC BACK! Nah just kidding. But that song off Maybach Music Group’s new album, “Self Made,” was just one half of a medley done by the group on Jimmy Kimmel Live earlier this week. Wale emerged during the performance of “Play Your Part” rocking the Wizards new jerseys, joints that he wasn’t really feeling earlier. He must’ve changed his mind.
While the album is really growing on me (if you’re into Rick Ross, check out the tracks “Pacman,” “Don’t Let Me Go” and “God Benz”), the jerseys don’t need to. They have the perfect blend of old-school soul and a modern vibe. We can’t wait to see John Wall hooping in these next season.
