It’s about time LeBron James got a new commercial from McDonald’s. And as part of the chain’s upcoming Monopoly sweepstakes, the King actually gives in to some self-deprecating humor surrounding his “seven championships” claim from last summer. This spot will start running next week.
So after they take their talents to Philly, it looks like the quartet of Carmelo Anthony, LeBron James, Chris Paul and Kevin Durant have found their next destination: Winston-Salem, N.C. This came just before there were reports that Perkins and Russell Westbrook had problems last year. A team with rifts and chemistry problems doesn’t do this, trust us. There were no organization personnel on hand (obviously), and everything was set up by Royal Ivey, who just happens to be like, the last man on the bench. Read More »
It’s pretty sad that this was one of the better (only) highlights of the now 35-year-old Bonzi Wells I could find on YouTube. In my best Grant Napear voice: “If you don’t like Bonzi, you don’t like NBA basketball!”
