Sean Sweeney says:
That last move was ridiculous. That whole sequence was crazy…it wasn’t all on this tape but the defender was checking him full court and he shook him like 3 times up the court and then finished the 3 pt play. Unreal

Kid’s got that Iverson handle. Not as smooth, but reminds me a lot of AI.

It’s the same up & under right handed lay-up over & over! Ball handling is nice though.

Sho-Nuff says:
Doubt he makes the league, but he’s a nice player for now. Needs some work on that jumper and being more of a PG.
I understand it’s the summer circuit and that’s what you do, just a suggestion for future consideration.

Me says:
Just stand back and wait till he comes right, cuz he’s coming right.
Better enjoy HS kid, this will be the high point of your basketball career.
Hopefully you’ll be smart and go to a GOOD school and actually get a real degree. I’d be surprised if he even made it on an overseas team.

Boston 2012 says:
Yall need to stop hating on the boy, he can flat out do it! An instead of being negative, study basketball history, Muggsy Bogues played a lot of productive years in the league and he was smaller an didn’t have Aquilles jumping ability, if he can stick in the league why can’t Aquille? Also see Spud Webb, Calvin Murphy, Nate Robinson and Earl Boykins smh so much hate out here its ridiculous!

stefan says:
who said anything about hate? personally I have all the respect for the guy. he is killing everyone in HS and his talent is undeniable. the problem is that teams don’t take this kind of gambles anymore. being on the cover of dime means that he would turn out to be an all star… or ok let’s say even a second PG. the idea is there aren’t any teams to take what he brings over taller, pass oriented players.

@ Boston 2012
I think all the hate comes the facts that this is high school competition and that short dudes do tend think that dominating the ball is a birth right, especially after Iverson and And 1 came along. Things change after grade school athletics and his height will haunt him forever. Players get more athletic and more competitive from there on out and it’s almost a guarantee that he’ll be asked to distribute way more than he does after his high school career ends. A lot of shorties don’t handle not having Iverson Freedom well. Just look at what happened to Tommy Mason-Griffin. He may make it or might not. Good luck to him. As far as recent short dudes go, I’m still surprised that Jerome Randle didn’t get more of a NBA look.

marcus the great says:
yea that’s the same thing i was thinking while watching the vid… his handle is ridiculous! got damn lol, reminds me of me at that age, but for him to make it he needs to develop a floater/tear drop and a solid jumper

marcus the great says:
whoever those kids were in the carolina blue jerseys looked strait scared, like they were waitin to be schooled

Promoman says:
Like I said, that’ll change. College dudes & beyond aren’t worried about being on the other side of the highlight. He’ll also have to face questions about his D in addition to his J and floater.
