The Best In-Game Adam Morrison Highlights Since Gonzaga

While I can’t confirm that this is Adam Morrison and not Brendan Fraser from Encino Man, I’m pretty sure. Regardless, I need someone in Serbia to tell me what to search so I can purchase this song from iTunes.

What do you think?

he looks terrible…slow…uncoordinated…wow…against subpar competition too..

The funny thing is, if he never played a min in the NBA and he was a Serbian guy, this highlight tape would make him the Number 1 pick in next years draft! There would be talks about how he’s going to light up the NBA and how he’s the best shooter since Larry bird.

I still have no idea how he didn’t pan out in the NBA, at least as a scorer off the bench.

  • Buckets

He should def be an NBA role player. He has size, good skill set, loves to play AND he is white! He will be back in the league

unfortunetly they lost and after the game Morrison was found on his knees crying his eyes out at mid court…

this is one of the anthems of the Red Star sports club. I doubt it is on itunes..

here is another interesting video from this basketball league, Nikola Pekovic plays for another club

    Exactly what gorilla said.

I guess I havent been paying attention so someone please make me feel stupid: when did europe stop playing with trapezoid lanes?

  • KL

I feel he never truely was given a chance. If he started his NBA career in an expansion team, he would have been ‘ok’.

  • http://www.iongraphx.com Rod

@KL, the Bobcats WERE considered an expansion team.

Gotta hand it to Adam, at least he is working right now.

  • michael cooper

great to see the kid back on the court. too many years i saw him just riding the pine in la and charlotte. good to see he hasn’t lost the love for the game. fist pumping a layup in serbia? all good. play for the love of the game.

  • Jeff

Does anyone else notice the absence of black players?

  • lifep

There is no way you can honestly hate on this. Unless your life is miserable.

  • Phileus

Good to see him doing well after not panning out in the League. Now I wonder if Kwame Brown could find a place to redeem himself abroad, too…

  • Promoman

Adam caught a raw deal. That ACL injury and playing for Larry Brown got him fucked over worse than Darko Milicic.

  • BuzzerBeater

He’ll find his confidence again and hopefully gets another shot in the Legue.

    Andrew W.K. has some game

  • Mike Auf

I’m surprised he took time off from the Occupy Wall Street protests to play in Serbia. Jumper is still so pure though

  • flegman

    1. good to see him play, with passion
    2. everyone has his/her league and level, where the player can be a factor, even better if can develop at that level. Every player has to find that level. Not every US college player belong to the NBA.
    3. I bet sooner or later he’ll become a Serbian citizen. At least some time he was considered to be compared to Pete Maravich, which is good to start with :-)

  • domer

This guy does not look like an NBA player to me. Yes, he has a great stroke on the jumper but doesn’t seem to have the explosive ability to get open in the nba. If he would have tried some of those dribble drives in the nba, he would have been rejected back to half court.

  • jimmythesaint67

@Promoman ..The Larry Brown Effect mentioned above holds some credence ..
and he’s still alowed to interfere with clubs all over the place! Serbia has a serious league and propers to AM for adapting to it .. cf: Superstar DWill getting burned in Belgium for his Turkish club

I think FIBA has adopted the traditional lanes now instead of the Trapezoid lanes.

lmfao, yeah now that you mention it, there weren’t many black players, but then again it’s also in Serbia. I doubt many black people want to be in Serbia, but i could be wrong.

  • sh!tfaced

they said it, morrison was a former no. 3 pick and if he were serbian, dude would’ve been the number 1 pick and hyped as the better small forward version of dirk…

and about the lack of black players in serbia… for real, they say serbians are usually racist and xenophobic towards blacks.

they love their basketball but they generally don’t like people of african descent… gotta like the irony… go figure…

  • JDish

Is that Conan the barbarian running the floor and hitting shots?

Honestly at first that didn’t look like Adam Morrison

  • JDish

Good to see Morrison Shin’in and Cry’in…

  • bb

He had a couple good games against teams that are worse than the team he plays for (which, trust me, is very hard to find).
When almost every play runs through you, you are bound to put up some good stats.
As a Serbian that watches the ABA (Adriatic Basketball League), I can tell you that he still is nowhere close to NBA material.

  • Joe

bb is this true, that Red Star is not a very strong team? I hold them still in high esteem, maybe because of their history.

    How is Cibona now?
