VCU Basketball Shows You Their Preseason Workout

After an amazing run to the Final Four last season, VCU is trying to make it back. So with the preseason wrapping up, here’s a glimpse into some of the their workouts. Daniel Roose, the Rams’ strength and conditioning coach, is the mastermind behind the program that blends functional strength training with on-court conditioning.
