JaVale McGee Shows You His Offseason Workout
It doesn’t get too much better than having a JaVale McGee lockout diary. Amazingly, for all of the funny stuff he’s been known to do, in Part 1 that we showed y’all earlier this month, it was mostly about running on the beach and shedding light on McGee’s tattoos. Part 2 recently dropped as well, and this one is basically a look into the typical workout – jumping rope, lifting and abs – for one of the NBA’s most athletic centers.

Is it just me, or did he do about half of the range of motion for every exercise? He went down about 6 inches when he was doing squats!
