   they haven’t released it yet, my guess i when the free agency is over because of all the rookies having to finalize their contracts. or hopefully this week or weekend.

   i’m wondering more along the lines of how the process would work of actually getting them in the game. like would it have to be through a website download to a usb? or through the game using 2k share?

   The rookies will be available after u download an ingame roster patch. Its unlikely that you’ll have to go to the psn to download it.
