Brandon Jennings

Beast of the Night: Brandon Jennings finished with 34 points, seven rebounds, seven assists, two blocks and six three-pointers last night. He shot 52 percent (12-23) from the floor, 80 percent (4-5) from the free-throw line and had one turnover. After struggling through February, Jennings is averaging 25.0 points, 4.0 boards, 7.1 assists, 1.3 steals and 3.0 threes in his first seven games this month. He’s been a top 30 stud so far this season.

Lines for Discussion:
Carlos Delfino: 1-8 FG (13%), 2 Pts, 6 Reb, 1 Ast, 1 Stl, 3 TO; After a promising run last month, Delfino has fallen flat again. He continues to start and play plenty of minutes, but he’s proving himself worthy of nothing more than a bench spot right now.

Kris Humphries: 11-15 FG (73%), 9-12 FT (75%), 31 Pts, 18 Reb, 1 Ast, 2 Stl, 3 Blk, 1 TO; Humphries continues to produce great lines. He’s improved his production in nearly every category from their marks last season and has been a top 60 fantasy asset thus far in the 2011-12 NBA season.

Rodney Stuckey: 10-17 FG (59%), 9-11 FT (82%), 29 Pts, 4 Reb, 7 Ast, 2 Stl, 1 TO; In his last five games, Stuckey is averaging 22.8 points, 3.2 rebounds, 5.4 assists, 1.4 steals and 0.6 threes, while shooting 53 percent from the floor and 81 percent from the free-throw line.

Luke Ridnour: 4-9 FG (44%), 2-2 FT (100%), 10 Pts, 4 Reb, 9 Ast, 1 Blk, 4 TO; With Ricky Rubio done for the season, Ridnour’s surprisingly solid value this season will remain intact the rest of the way.

Waiver-Wire Watch:
Mike Dunleavy: 15 Pts, 1 three, 4 Reb, 6 Ast, 2 Stl; He’s Hansel right now and should be picked up in all leagues.

Beno Udrih: 15 Pts, 2 threes, 3 Reb, 7 Ast, 1 Stl, 2 TO; He’s been a solid point guard to have on your bench lately.

Jordan Farmar: 17 Pts, 2 threes, 3 Reb, 7 Ast, 3 TO; So long as Deron Williams is out, Farmar is worth owning.

Kyle Korver: 9 Pts, 2 threes, 7 Reb, 3 Ast, 1 Stl; He’ll have extra value until Luol Deng returns, which could be soon.

Taj Gibson: 15 Pts, 13 Reb, 1 Blk, 1 TO; He’s a decent low-end option if you need blocks.

Bismack Biyombo: 12 Pts, 7 Reb, 1 Stl, 4 Blk; He’s racked up 14 blocks in his last five games.

Tiago Splitter: 17 Pts, 7 Reb, 2 Ast, 1 Stl; He’s only worth a look in deeper leagues for the time being.

C.J. Miles: 15 Pts, 3 threes, 1 Reb, 3 Ast; His inconsistency severely limits his appeal.

Derrick Williams: 19 Pts, 2 threes, 8 Reb, 2 Stl, 2 Blk; Make room for him if you can.

J.J. Barea: 3 Pts, 3 Reb, 8 Ast; His value will see a boost with Rubio out.
