Video: The Best of Dennis Rodman

This was originally posted on our basketball video site HouseofHighlights.com the other day, but since we got a great response to it, we thought we’d pop it here as well. Enjoy…

I’m not going to lie, I was laughing my ass off going through these videos. No way Dennis Rodman gets away with any of this stuff if he was playing today. Not a chance.

There’s more out there, but here are Rodman’s Greatest Hits.

1. Dennis Rodman tortures Frank Brickowski

For whatever reason, Dennis loved to antagonize Frank Brickowski. Here’s some of his all-time most ridiculous work at the expense of Frank, this time in Game 3 of the 1996 NBA Finals. You can just feel Brickowski fighting off every single instinct he has to haul off and punch Dennis right in the mouth.

2. Dennis Headbutts the Ref

And that’s not even the crazy part … Dennis really loses his mind around the :30-second mark.

3. Dennis kicks a camerman

This is probably Rodman’s most infamous moment. january 15, 1997 in a game in Minnesota, Dennis finds himself tangled up with a cameraman on the baseline and lashes out.

4. Dennis tortures Karl Malone

If Frank Brickowski was Rodman’s favorite target, Karl Malone was next in line. Check out this sequence in the 1996 NBA Finals. Just absurd. And Bob Costas’ disdain is almost as entertaining as the scrum.

5. Dennis Rains Threes

Rodman wasn’t all boards and mind games. Watch this sequence of him dropping back-to-back-to-back threes.

6. Dennis vs. Allen Iverson

This one features Rodman antagonizing a young A.I. until Iverson flips and goes after him. The best part of the video though has to be Scottie Pippen laughing at the whole thing.

7. Dennis decks Tom Chambers

This is amazing. In this clip, Rodman takes out Tom Chambers at the end of a playoff game, knocking him to the floor. But then the refs eject Chambers, infuriating the entire Jazz team.

8. Dennis antagonizes Charles Barkley; Barkley can’t help but hit him

The essence of Dennis Rodman. He is guarding the other teams best big man – this time an seemingly unstoppable Charles Barkley in the 1993 NBA Finals. Rodman, who has been doing his Rodman things the entire series, draws an offensive foul on Barkley. Watch Charles’ face the rest of the video. He is so angry that he literally can’t stop himself from hitting Rodman in retaliation. Dennis wins on multiple levels.

9. Dennis rips 34 rebounds in a game

Just awesome.
