Woah! This has to be the most surprising No. 1 pick we’ve ever seen. This left Bennett pumping his fist. It left Nerlens Noel looking like someone stole his puppy. And it left Bill Simmons yelling “Woah!” on national TV. But Bennett IS a beast who can play anywhere on the offensive end, inside and out. He can rebound. He can defend. He can handle the rock. A pick-n-roll with Kyrie Irving will be incredible.
But the guy reportedly weighs over 260 pounds right now. We were convinced he was going no higher than No. 5. It seems like everyone is shocked by this.
