Fresh off a rather disappointing Wednesday for Dwight Howard, the Rockets center decided to kick back and do some dancing. A spry geriatric woman was the benefactor of Howard’s dancing skills, as the two of them gyrated the night away in a series of Instagram videos late last night.
While rocking some neon glass frames and a couple glowsticks around his neck, Dwight Howard decided to have some fun with somebody’s grandmother. First up was a durty rendition of “Love Train” with Howard and an amazing elderly woman getting down to the O’Jays.

Then came Marvin Gaye‘s classic, “Sexual Healing.” This tune is normally for some slow dancing with your lover. But For Howard it meant a lascivious twirl with his new favorite friend.

In one of the final Instagram videos from the party, Howard donned a blonde wig and did the “Electric Slide.” Bcause of course he did.
