Andre Drummond Recognizes Sandy Hook Victims By Writing Their Names On His Sneakers

Yesterday was the one-year anniversary of the horrific shooting deaths of 20 students, and six teachers and administrators at the Sandy Hook Elementary School. To commemorate the loss of all those innocent lives, Pistons big man Andre Drummond has written the names of all 26 victims on his sneakers for tonight’s Pistons-Blazers game, and is donating his game jersey to the school.

That’s a nice tribute by Drummond for the slain students, teachers and administrators, as well as the entire community of Sandy Hook, as all Americans reflect on that dreadful day.

Remember: shoot jumpers not guns.
