C.J. Fair Throws Down On Bruno Caboclo At Las Vegas Summer League

The Dallas Mavericks’ Eric Griffin had what we thought would be the best dunk of Summer League on Friday. Just three days later, C.J. Fair – Griffin’s Mavs teammate – might have outdone him with another awesome posterization.

Nasty.

Not only was Toronto Raptors rookie mystery man Bruno Caboclo the victim of Flair’s slam, but he received a technical afterwards for shoving an opposing player. That’s understandable, though – we’d have been embarrassed, too.

What do you think of Fair’s dunk?

Although Griffin’s was a charge, I still think it was nastier, as he went through/over the player, rather than around him.

This might sound harsh, but I think this sort of roughing up of Caboclo will do him some good. He is young and needs to be tested. If his confidence doesn’t get shattered, it should only make him stronger mentally.
